i lost some last night. i was angry. i got the loot for some reason but not my troops the dissappeared sometime after midnight. it's a good thing i didn't send out all my troops.

lost 20 traveling crossbowman on 20/09/12 at around 0:00 am(GMT+6).. i was just sending troops from everwinter glacier to the empire and then logged out. today at the morniong when i logged in i saw that they did not arrive.. it took me more than 3500 coins to make them travel from everwinter glacier to the empire.. How can i get them back?

i lost around 25 soldeirs on 20/09/2012 at around 00:30 am,when they where returning after an attack.previously too i had lost soldiers in the same way twice.i want tham back.

Another couple of times I've lost troops, but don't have the energy to report every loss here when it happens. I'm just about done. This has happened six or seven times I've lost count. My empire is AGAIN on hold , cuz I don't have any coins and can't rebuild my army. And to those of you that say "don't worry, you'll get 'em back eventually!!:):)):):):):)", well...it's going too be too late because my every castle is going to be overrun by then so please shut up rather, if you don't have anything else to say.

Screw you guys, I'm going home!

I can't even build troops because i'm being attacked relentlessly, because I have no defenses. The people that have'nt been affected by this bug are taking advantage of it. This has gone way beyond the original troops that I lost weeks ago. You don't even have the courtesy to offer us protection during the repairs.

15 troops missing 1 hour ago and 10 troops missing last evening, how can i get them back. I just started playing this game yesterday.

I thought this problem was fixed. This is like the 5th time I lost troops. This time I lost 585 troops and 90 tools.
Including Marauders and traveling knights.
Fix the problem.

I went on the so called support site. Asked for my troops back. In an e-mail They told me they couldn't acquist my request for my troops. I needed specific dates, and who I attacked. Really You have got to be kidding me. First off It's been over a month and who really knows how many troops I lost with out my knowledge, in small attacks and what not. Since I know i had about 80 muraders lost I asked for 120, since I had 60 heavy crossbowman I asked for 80, and I asked for 31,000 rubies. I asked for them to help me rebuild my kingdom thats in flames as a result of having absolutly no defenses. They said no. I have spent over $100 on this game, and got ripped off. Don't you do the same.

That is a perfect example of why they need the details. You admitted there you were asking for more troops than you actually lost and are therefore trying to exploit the bug to get extra troops. Marauders and crossbowmen wouldn't help much in defending your castle so you can't really blame not having them for your castle burning.

At the end of the day support can give you back what you lost, but it is because of requests like this that they need to verify what went missing.
