Missing 61 troops returning from a castle raid a little over an hour ago. Also, I never got my loot (587 wood, 587 stone, and 587 food).

This is the 4th time I have lost troops. This is getting to be really irritating especially when I don't have the coin to replace them.
I've lost 20 bowmen, 10 swordsmen, 28 macemen, 20 spearmen, and 32 crossbowmen.
I demand these units be replaced either entirely or through coin reimbursement.

That is a perfect example of why they need the details. You admitted there you were asking for more troops than you actually lost and are therefore trying to exploit the bug to get extra troops. Marauders and crossbowmen wouldn't help much in defending your castle so you can't really blame not having them for your castle burning.
At the end of the day support can give you back what you lost, but it is because of requests like this that they need to verify what went missing.

I can't believe that you suggest that I'm the one exploiting the the mighty GGS corperation. I'm simply asking for compensation for what's been lost from my wallet, and my game wallet as a result of your companies incompetence. I have lost more then just troops as a result and you don't want to compensate me for that. Of coarse in the end it's just a crappy game.
At the end of the day support can give you back what you lost, but it is because of requests like this that they need to verify what went missing.

I just stopped building attack troops until I get mine back. Of course having to collect taxes every 10 minutes to pay for moving stuff kinda' sucks but oh well. You wanna' play the game you gotta' play by their rulez.

i lost 75 macemen when they were on the way back from capturing an outpost. I would like to be reinburst for them cause this is the second time this has happen and i didnt get reimburst last time.

I lost my army ( 15 two-handed swordsmen, 25 crossbowmen, 20 all-purpose swordsmen, 10 heavy crossbowmen, and 10 macemen.) Around 7:30 PM UTC+3:00, I sent out the attack while I was logged on, it arrived while I was logged on, and I logged of for the night. Next day, ALL GONE! Including 906 wood and 944 food loot! I am not asking to get them back, but to fix this problem!

688 total gone over a twelve day period and a lot of lost possibilities. Still waiting. And I want mine back. I don't expect you to fix anything.
