I have lost 170 men today at around 6pm whilst moving them between castles. No enemy involved. No attack or raid. There one minute and gone the next. I would like them back please or at least to have the 8000 coin returned

thanks for returning the missing troops
Last night, i do a final test
sending 3 army (each 3 macemen ) and my barrack recruit 3 macemen
i calcualte i have a total of 100 macemen when i wake up if everything is ok
i logout the game
when i wake up, i find i have 97 macemen
missing 3 macement
i check messages, 3 winning reports with no lost in soldiers
now..i am in a lost
is 1 of army do not return home or
the overnight recruit (3 macemen ) has skipped
perhaps
tonight, i will test
but with different army sizes...to check whether
missing troops bug is still apply to me ?
or
a bug in barrack ?
will not ask ticket (from game support) becos it is just 3 macemen comparing with my existing 97 macemen

Nope, no messages and not in my spam folder. Seem to be getting all my other mail just fine. Day 13 and no response.
I re-submitted my request with all 3 items in it. My e-mail address is good and I'm receiving regular mail with it. I verified my data is correct. I verified my e-mail is correct. I seem to be not having problems on my end.

lost all my troops today after purchasing rubies multiple times and spending all my coins. now i have nothing to build more troops and pretty much chucked my money down the drain. this game is now useless and cannot be played untill this problem is solved asap as cannot attack or defend!!!!! weeks of time and money wasted, do not like paying for something that later gets stolen. wouldn bother me so much if the game didn sucker you into paying your hard earned cash out

Missing troops (Sept 21, 2012; 1700 Pacific time):
Stationed 9 spearman, 9 bowman... never got to their destination, disappeared in transit
Attacked with 14 crossbowmen, 9 maceman... 0 losses, troops never came back.
Missing troops happened to me before as well.. but didn't pay much attention to it since I just started this game... but these losses are large.
It happened as well when troops are in transit then you either "log off" or "close the window".

Hi all,
Again, if you have lost troops then you need to contact support using the link in my signature or the button in game. Posting here will not get you your troops back.
If this continues then i will close the threads since they are causing more trouble at the moment.

Update to the players/customers who has lost troops:
I spent much time on writing to sepparate mails in the occations where i have lost my troops after a victorious battle. Today, after 10 days I got a reply for the first case! The GGS people were rude enought to write me this:
"Hello [email protected],
Thank you for your patience. We are very sorry for the late response. Unfortunately we have been receiving many tickets in the last few weeks and have not been able to answer all of the tickets individually. If you are still experiencing the same problem that you previously wrote about, please send a new ticket to support or just answer this message, restating your problem, and we will write back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, while we work hard to correct these issues.

How the hell is it possible to ask me again to spend my spare time to write to problem again? I filled the form you asked me to, I gave as much information as I had.. Why can't you just read the first mail I sent you ? And after 10 days of me lacking defence and offence.. You send me a email, with no explination of how you are to solve the problem, how I will be compensated no hint of whats going on what so ever.. This is very unproffesional!

The average response time is around 10 days at the moment. Support get 100's of support requests every day (not just missing troops).
Support have been getting a number of messages lately where people have sent multiple messages about the same issue and therefore have already been resolved. The message you have included above is simply a way of saying if your problem has not yet been solved to let support know. Please reply to the mail stating that you still require this to be resolved.

I ve just lost 25 guys (14 crossbowmen, 6 macemen and 5 bowman) and this really annoying cause thats my whole archery force so could you fix it plz.

I have lost troops twice now-originally 20 macemen and 20 crossbowmen, and now 10 of each. I could just about get over this happening once, but twice is a joke. It is totally messing with my ability to play the game at all

I sent my troops to attack someone but they didn't come back they just vanished which i I am frustrated at.X(
