How can i get my soldiers back? At first moment everything is ok, i send my soldiers to the robber baron castle to fight, after a while i get a message....Victory and that what i will get, then it shows in map that they are returning, but when they should be at my castle they just dissapear? How can i fix this? Because it's annoying and it happens already second time!

i bought 30$ of rubys to unlock 300 attack troops looted a few castles then i attacked and loged out.
when i loged back in i checked my measages and won the battle without losing any soliders.
but when i when i went to attack i didnt have anyone. i would like to get them back.

Around 12hours from now I had 68 troops that were returning from an attack i just made on the rbc went missing.

Is this situation will be an on-going problem?
Coz we are just wasting coins on recruiting troops that just disappear after they completed an attack (when they survive).

I lost a bunch of guys and I tried buying guys from the shadow guy. I dont not see them guys the shadows. how come i can not use them ? Where can i use them guys? I used up my rubyies for spending to get shadow guys.

Sept 22nd attacked a robber castle, won the battle no troops lost, logged off and then back on a couple hours later, troops were gone, 24 of them. This seems to happen every time I log on.

I attacked a castle and won. My soldiers were on their way back (they weren't shadow) 17 mace men and 8 crossbow men. I can't replace them because I'm poor!!!

Thank you all for reporting in the forum, but they only way you are going to get help also is to send an email to GGS Support as previously stated outlining your issue. Please do not send more than one mail as this just makes the process of going through all the tickets longer.
