Hello!
I have today (24.09. Around 12:00 CET) disappeared 248 troops - those of my main castle (World EN1) went on the attack to coordinates 785/770 and did not return.
I would be very grateful if you would give me them back.

I had 2 meagre battles with 2 level 1 robber barons, left my troops to carry on while logged out, came back and they'd won with no losses but nobody came home. Left with 3 lonely attackers in my little underresourced castle. :0(

Add me to the list... lost all troops after last attack. Not 100% on the numbers, but about 16 crossbow and probably 18 macemen. Would have save the log, but didn't realise the troops were gone until I went to use them again!

Hi all,

I really do get the feeling this thread has outlived its usefulness. There is no need to post in this thread. If you don't contact support then you will not get anything back.

Please do not post comments in here along the lines of "why aren't you fixing the bug?" or "FIX IT!" or "when will it be fixed?". The answer is we don't know. It is being worked on and any update will be posted in the stickied other troops thread.

I will be watching this thread over the next few days and will close it if it keeps going the way it is.

This has happened to me twice in less than 3 days! This is unacceptable!! I'm indignant as a consumer.

I lost 68 Troops on 9-24-12 around 5:30 est. I am considering quitting the game. This is not the first time this has happened and I have never received any compensation for the loss.

Greetings to all!
I have used my shadow mercenary force for hitting robber barons lvl 1-5 for resources and gold. No tools necessary and no losses on the combat reports. Yet somehow a few Shadows always goes missing after the latest batch of attacks. Seems when I send many attacks at one time the troops go missing. Tried just one at a time and it seems to be fine. But who wants to send only one attack at a time? I have been given back my missing troops twice by the support team, and let them know about the bug. However, the latest round of attacks and the troops went missing again. Anyone else having this problem? What to do about it?X(

I been waiting for 7 days for my troops and loot, knock knock anybody for customer service hello.

Lost 10 troops(5 macemen, 5 crossbowmen) on return from successful attack of robber baron castle, at 11:30 EST, 24/09/12.

This occurred to me previously, but I don't remember the details. This only occurs when I send men into battle and then log-out, before they have returned to my castle.

Attacked Soren Stiffneck and won losing 8 troops. The attack comprized of 168 og which 160 where returning to my Castle. I logged off, then came back on and they vanished. This has happend several times. Realized Do Not logoff until they return.

Hello,
I want to tell about a problem that i am facing till now, the problem is that whenever i attack someone castle and i lose some of my troops in the battle but still i can get my remaining troops to come back at the castle, they disappear for example in my last battle i have send 30 of my troops and 5 of them get kill but the remaining 25 has never return to the castle.

Please look into this matter i am unable to send my troops for attacks, i am loosing all my troops because of it.
