Same here, sended a ticket to the support and got a msg back after a week? At them moment we receive to many tickets we can't handle it, do you still have the problem? They just don't take their players serious. Today I lost about 20 troops again...

My entire army has simply vanished!!!! They fought a battle were victorious(I received the victory msg) but they did not return!!! I lost 25 of my soldiers....... When will this bug be fixed?

Same for me - I fought a robber baron and won and should have had 46 double swords and 6 xbows returning, however, when i logged in this morning none of them had returned! On the plus side, I don't need to worry about food at the moment! I just can't properly attack anyone.
Sorry for being an imbecile, however, should I be reporting it to someone in support, or will it be fixed and the troops (and loot) return at some point?

I just lost my units too, there are no messages of troops dieing so i guess this has to be a bug. please return units.

Missing troops-- i've attacked one player i won the battle without casualties, but my troops didn't return to my castle. there were 500 hundred veterans maceman and 500 veterans crossbowmen...... total 1000 soldiers .... OMG this is fourth time of missing troops after i have attacked ... that happens today before 1 hour

I lost troops in the makingproces. In all my kastles I was creating troops, but the connection failed for a second and afterwards they where gone.
I did not get mij coins back...
Also I was upgrading some buildings. These are stopped, so I have to invest new buildingparts and time in them.

Missing troops-- I attacked a player I won the battle without casualties, but my troops didn't return to my castle. Please return them sooner than you did last time. I am trying to level up and this is a big delay.

Hey this is not happening... I lost all the troops that i had sent for an attack.. I won but not one came back and the loot is also gone.. about 20- 25 maceman and about 15 - 20 archers. Whats happening???

I lost 10 Macemen while attacking. Somewhere between now and 2 hours ago. I'm sure i had 10 more Macemen. But 10 of the attacking Macemen didn't come back

i lost 19 maceman now...after attack...i won...a lvl 5 robber castle..i dint lose when attacked...but lost wen coming back...why is this happening...now that i remember i had 24 maceman in total..n now i have none...why is it happening...why isnt anybody replying?

Hello!
Please bring back my (player Rudolfs3333, the world en1) soldiers as well as resources and coins. Today (25.09.) game got a mission to attack robber king's castle (coordinates 664/501). Troops went there, I got a combat report that I have won the battle and as prize received 30 rubies, a week free from robbers attacks, as well as my troops kidnapped resources - more than 2,000 wood, more than 2,000 stone, more than 2,000 food and 12,800 coins.
But after half an hour, when I came into the game again, I no longer had an army (about 500 soldiers - I do not remember exactly how many survived the battle), and had neither the resources nor the coins. I believe that it is the beastliness because I spoiled the game is as follows for the third time.
