You need to contact support ASAP then wait. The average support time is 10 days, give or take.

what is to be done with people who have purchased rubies, and lost the troops acquired with those rubies. A this point i have no interest in playing this game anymore. Therefore i feel a refund of my purchase is in order.

i sent 13 two handed swords from my outpost to my main castle at approx 1630 EST today. logged off in middle of them traveling, logged on 2 hrs later, never arrived, and gone from outpost.

lost 12 troops a few days ago while attacking a RBC.
and still I lost 110 troops while sending to my outpost 1 month ago and still it didn't get replaced!

I tried to move about 50 troops to my winter camp. I paid rubies for express delivery, and they never showed up.
Then I bough 60 shodow fighters (30 of two kind) in my winter camp but I got them in my main camp, so I got no help when I needed it. Both times.

Exactly!! This is getting sick! Nice way to start my day again with all my troops gone after a succesful battle during the night. Can someone tell me where to contact this so-called support ? Email address ? website?

Thats complete BS. I know people that have been waiting well over a month with not even an email, then other people "that buy rubies" have their troops replaced in max 2 days every time.
thats not true!!! i use a lot of rubies and i lost over a thousand troops now and still no reaction what so ever after sending 5 e-mails!!!

In 2 separate attacks an hour ago, the first to UltimateNikunj, which included 22 2-handed swordsmen and 17 crossbowmen. The second tot Azeroth, 45 2-handed swordsmen and my brand new army of 17 heavy crossbowmen. I have both combat reports if you wish to see, not a single loss, yet no one returned.
This is not the first time, but it is the first time I am complaining, because this was my ENTIRE offensive army. And it is not just the men.
1) It will cost nearly 10K in coins to replace this army
2) It will take 3-4 days to return my men if I wait
So I have to choose, no fighting until the problem is fixed, or lose all those coins.
3) If I chose to make new men, and those old men show back up, I will have food problems
4) Now I cannot continue with the Shady Character challenges, so who knows how much this will cost me
5) I did not receive any loot from either mission, nor will I receive any spoils of war any time soon
6) Making new buildings has been slowed or stopped from lack of spoils
I really think you should consider compensation for ALL the costs of this "Bug"
I am still a new player (about 3 weeks now), and was seriously considering getting a Platinum package deal, but I will NOT spend real money on a broken game, especially if there is no compensation for such errors
