3rd time when I lost my troops, only 11 this time. This is nor funny anymore.

I lost troops last night (Sept 14, 2012). These are the first I have lost in a few weeks. To protect heavy attackers from a robber baron attack, I sent them toward one of my outposts. As soon as the attack was over, I selected "retreat". This morning, I realized no one returned. I also checked the outpost just to see if by chance they were there, but they are NOT. I lost 80 traveling crossbows, 80 traveling knights, 70 two-handed swordsmen, and 50 heavy crossbows. I tried unsuccessfully 3 times to submit tickets to helpdesk, but apparently there is a problem there also because the emails never send (they finally time out after several minutes of trying to send).

Thats complete BS. I know people that have been waiting well over a month with not even an email, then other people "that buy rubies" have their troops replaced in max 2 days every time.
This is not true I have'nt had my troops replaced.

Please do a SEARCH before opening a new thread. There are numerous posts on the subject of missing troops.
12 hours? I didn't get a response for a week and the average time, according to a recent post by a mod, is 10 days. Even if support weren't overloaded, the expected time would be 3 working days. You must already be mental if you expect a reply in 12 hours.
I would talk about how GGS is trying their best to solve this, but I am losing faith in them. They've released more updates since this bug first occured and only solved 2 thirds of the problem in what must have been at least a month by now.

I sent a message to support about my missing troops 2 weeks ago and I still haven't got them back. Should I send another form? (I lost 125 traveling crossbowmen, 19 traveling knights, 188 marauders, and thousands of loot.)

Its strange the mods have time to edit our posts and everything else "important", but why is there not a single comment about this huge problem ?
1. It's illegal to rob money from people selling rubies and ****, and then u lose them because the game is broken.
2. Why isn't there a proper protocol to send our complaints? How can the players get compensation ?

i lost 10 mace men, 22 troops 14 macemen 8 crossbow, and 3rd attack lost 20 troops 12-macemen and 8-crossbow
total 52 troops 36 macemen and 16 crossbows
ok now up to 86 troops
ate this rate when and if i get the troops back i wont be able to feed them all
guess i will just sims it for now and hope i get them back this year

I lost 50 marauders 2 or 3 days ago. They succeeded in winning a battle at a robber baron castle with no losses but never returned and disappeared

I just came back to the game and found my main castle devoid of offensive soldiers. I had sent them all out to attack a nearby RBC and 203 survived the campaign and should have come home. Almost all were heavy grade soldiers, expensive and time consuming to make. Please investigate and replace GG. I got no reply to the previous post I left - is there a process for getting soldiers back or are you all just asking us to be patient until you actually fix this problem. It's getting ridiculous - I've spent a fair amount of money on this game and wasn't planning to stop - but you might be losing a customer if this happens again and you aren't replacing the lost troops.

Okay just realized that the earlier thread offers a link to the support page and that there may be a way for the developers to restore the lost troops. I certainly hope so, it will turn my angry words above into an overreaction.

You might have to wait a while, but they will restore the troops.
Can everyone please READ before they post? There's no actual point posting here without first contacting support, at least not that I can think of.
Support has been pointed out numerous times. I'm sure that I repeated "contact support" several times IN THIS VERY THREAD. You guys need to calm down and take the time to look for a solution before getting angry and demanding things.
