I lost today 60 traveling crossbow men, 50 traveling knights, 78 heavy crossbowmen, and 90 2Hand swordmen from attacking a RBC in the "Flat Earth" adventure.

This has happened before and the GG empire support team did a really decent job of
returning troops back. Hopefully they can be returned in a quicker fashion.

ive lost my troops twice now. ive lost 112 troops all up and im starting to get frustrated with goodgame studios because they havnt refunded my troops. i also got attacked and i had barely any men and lost all the rest of my troops. can goodgame studios please give all my troops back asap

again my 30 troops are missing.... i attacked a castle at 10:15 in the morning after the attack my troops were missing... this is the third time i lost my troops.... plz fix the bug...

I just realized that my shimmer troops are also missing. I think to remember they were around 200, with slightly more swords than crossbows.

I lost 40 Troops this morning after victory, this is the second time and I am fed up, what is the point of playing, spending sooo many hours when you just suddenly lose all your soldiers this way, if I do not receive a reaction in the upcoming days, I will quit and o play another game as this is just too lame I am so lad tat I ave not bought anyting yet, because if tis is not rectified this ame is just a waste of time and money

Lost another 35 troops returning from victory today must be owed a couple of hundred now and have never got any back. What is the point in buying rubies if they are going to let your troops fall into a black hole?

Today (16/09/2012) I attack a Robber Baron Castle with 36 troop and win with no loss. But they did not return to my castle.And also the looted resources.
I don't know why?
Any one if have know any reason then please share and suggest how do i get my troop back. I am playing in India kingdom.

30 troops missing with "loot" resource
when return home after attack and my game connection aslo dis-connect due to "crash in flash"

all my attack plans a stop as a lot of troops are missing
lost power/strength to hit rbc as my army a all missing and i do not have any coins to recruit more army to continue play

Please describe what you have lost.
I have lost an army consisting of exactly 125 traveling crossbowmen, 19 traveling
knights, and 188 marauders. This was the exact composition of the army after the
attack on a player called RDLLL in International 1 on Goodgame Empire.

When was your account still in order?
My account has always been in order. I haven't found any problems with my account not
being in order.

When did you notice that something is missing from your account?
I noticed that my troops were missing Tuesday 4 September 21:00 CET (German time)

I sent an army to attack a player and logged off to go to sleep before the attack
arrived since he is a long way away from me. In the morning, I quickly logged on to
see if I was successful and I was. I had a battle report showing what happened. The
army should have still been on it's way home according to my calculations but I don't
know if they had already dissapeared because I had no time to look on the map. This
was the morning of the 4 th of September. I later logged back on in the evening at
around 21:00 and saw that my soldiers were nowhere to be seen. They are still missing.
I sent you a message about this around 41 days ago (just after I found them missing)
but you still haven't responded and I still don't have my soldiers back. This is quite
a blow for me because I worked hard to get these soldiers and I couldn't participate
in the alchemist event and loads of other events. Also, my alliance is planning
organized attacks on other people and I can't participate. I really need these
soldiers soon please.

They haven't given my soldiers back yet.

another lost troops this am sun 16.09.12 at about 1030. 50 incuding expensive two handers which take time to replace. why has this not been solved given the amount of complaints and the time this has been going on. are GGE intending to do anything about this or is the attitude tough.
