I lost 20 troops on 9/15/12 at about 6:30 pm. All were two handed swordsmen.

hello everyone am new here to this game n the forum , i lost 26 of my troop

i sent 36 mace men to attack a castle n i won the war , i lost 10 men n the last i saw of them was they was returning half way n now no one at my keep

what do i do

You contact SUPPORT, as has probably been said at least 100 times about this bug alone.

I lost 245 troops on 9-16-2012 at approximately 1:00 AM MST after attacking and winning a battle. Two handed sword - 140, Heavy crossbow- 66, and swordsman - 39 (estimates based on # of troops sent and losses reported) I also lost 3889 wood, 463 stone and 4213 food (loot from the castle. Thanks.

Hi Danielwarrior56 here. lost 76 troops friday 14.9.12, sent them on a raid all went fine got the victory report, I went to bed then, in the morning the troops had disapeared, dont think they deserted as i am kind to them.
please help !!!!!!

I lost 46 troops on 16-09-2012 four hours ago. 18 maceman and 28 crossbowman.
This is my second time...it happens when i send an attack and log out. when i log back in there is the victory report but no troops and no progress in the quest.

I have lost 136 troops, rubies units that i payed with real $.
It was the 15 september 2012 after a battle.
This bug is very annoying. Please make it simple to send a ticket : insert something like "lost troops" in the options.

I lost 35 troops about 1 hour ago. My troops hit the level 4 robber baron with no losses but failed to come back.They just dissappeared into the black hole. It's not worth sending out troops to attack anymore since they will never come back

Yeah.. I have setteled alittle more now.. After the 75% bonus offer on rubies, I bought some to rebuild my troops.. (I hope this isnt what you are hoping people who loose troops will do.. Buy newones with real money)..
But this was a choice I made by myself.. And I'm not that angry anymore.. But I do expect my troops to return eventually!

I send army out to hit rbc b4 i switch off my computer to sleep

when i wake up , i lost my army

this is my 2nd time,
1st time lost 30 soldier

this time
lost 18 soldier

my net food production is now +ve becos i have no more army need to feed

when will "Goodgame Empire" give me back those army ??;(;(

I lost ~90 troops: maceman, crossbowman and 2hand-sword about 30 each.
This is my 5th time...it happens when i send an attack and log out.
when i log back in there is the victory report but no troops and no bounty.
This is ridiculous, Fix this bug already!
At least return troops (Sending an automated response doesn't help much!!!)

This game is very hard to play
this is a war game
we keep on Missing army and we cannot do anything apart from waiting coins to build up

may be we, all, should quit this game until they can fix the problem

still lossing troops while fighting RBC. No word from support, it has been 14 days. Love the game playing with my kids.I like fighting and taking chances. WTF, enough is enough. I will not quit but I will continue to post my frustrations here.

Just started the game a couple days ago. I thought I was going crazy, but I have been losing troops. Ha 18 macemen and crossbowmen go missing 12 hours ago, and about 20 troops last night.

I just lost more units (only 8 2 handed swordsmen) but it makes me afraid to ever send out units like the traveling knights that I work so hard to get

nvm it was 6 two handed but still....
