I havn't been able to log in for 8 hours now, this happened a couple of weeks back. Any idea whats wrong??

I tried this after I was unable to login do to "Old version, update the page" I cleared both IE 8 and Flash Player and still says the same thing, any other idea's?

try use another Internet like Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or Mozzila Firefox or Opera or contact support

I'm getting the same problem with both IE8 and Chrome and have fully flushed the cache and still get the "Old Version! Update the page OK" message.

Yes I cleared cashe of both IE 8 and Flash as I said earlier, IE is the option I have here and should not have to change my explorer when this game runs on IE 8!

What happens? If the page ever makes it to login (9/10 today it dont make it) I put my user/password and it says "Old version, update the page" if it dont make it to the login screen it says "Old version, update the page"

Either way "Old version, update the page" lol

I tried the only 3 choices I could see when I was able to login and it did the same on all three.

clear cache and reboot pc... it has worked for me in the past

I had the same thing happen to me a couple weeks ago. I have a program called Advanced System Care 5. It clears your history and your cache as well. It solved my problem, why don't you give it a try. If that doesnt work then send your problem to support.

I reset the cashe for both IE8 and Flash then did the restart which did not help ;( I was thinking it would but guess not lol

I cant install other software on the PC due to network security, ive been playing Goodgame poker forever on this same PC and have been able to all morning, ide rather be playing Empire though, way more fun.

Anyone else got any ideas? I sent a request in to tech support, but having read some of the posts on how long it could take I figured ide ask the next best person! The players :}

hoe komt het dat ik niet meer op de nederlands talige versie kan en dat ik helemaal op nieuw moet beginnen? ik zat eigenlijk al in level 19.

Oh and now when I get to the login page after closing and re-opening if I type my user/pass I go to click Login and it's as if the button is not even there. Same for creating an account, i tried to create another just to see and that button is not working either.

Dammit it's driving me crazy lol it's the only thing I got going at work and now its not working lol

Okay I tried Firefox, though firefox dont support flash!

I tried Google Chrome, which it did the exact same thing as previsouly stated. Back to lost.

I got in the game, but the screen stopped at " sharpening the swords " ... and it stuck. I'm in India World. same thing happened to my friends. Any suggestion? thanks

Dear tiebos you have started another account on the USA 1 server. Al you have to do is select the right server and you will be able to play your castle of lvl 19 again.

Hoi tiebos je bent met een nieuw account begonnen op the USA 1 server. Om weer op de nederlandse server te spelen hoef je alleen maar de juist server te selecteren. NL1. Dan kun je weer verder spelen met het spel waar je kasteel al lvl 19 is.

So what flash player is too up to date? I currently am using 11.2.202.233 but cant recall having upgraded flash recently and it worked yesterday but not today.

If I am using to advanced flash player what one should I be using?

And any chance you know how to revert the upgrade?

Also when does Goodgames plan to upgrade thier softwares to the more current version of flash?

I'm having the same problem, clearing cache and changing browser don't work. I just got into the log in screen then ... stuck. Looking forward to your solution
