Topic: [77584] Moving Castle Error Error code 6 Invalid Position

I tried to relocatemy castle, found a spot that had 2 mins until it was free, when it was time i clicked the move button but keep getting the above error message?

Any ideas what im doing wrong?

I can confirm the same thing happened to me. The time remaining is stuck at 10 minutes and when I go to the location, the ruins are still there well past the end time and I'm getting the same error code.

Lowbacca: when I visit your castle you are already into your protection period before being moved. Do I show the same to you? I am on USA 1 as well.

i refreshed the browser and it allowed me to do it

What browser are you using? Perhaps there is some issue there. I am currently using Internet Explorer 9

Try using Firefox. Or Opera. Or Chrome. IE is rubbish and not just for this game.

I had the same error. I refreshed my page but that didnt help. I deleted my cache and flash cache in adobe and I was able to move. Hope this helps.

Just had that happen, using Mozilla Firefox. System message said location ready in 4 min, waited 10 min to move castle, then it gave me that errorCode: 6: INVALID_POSITION. Closed browser, logged in and out a few times, still had the error. After 30 min of trying, all of a sudden it worked, the error was gone.
Not sure if that helps anyone, but just sharing what happened to me.

i found an error message being displayed when i tried to move my castle to a ruins which just got ready for occupation. it said as this "error 6 : invalid code"
the ruin was ready but i could not occupy...this happened for a few days.

Later today i found that i have to wait till the outline of the castle alone appear without the outline of ruins. then only i was able to reserve the location for my castle movement.

It would have been helpful if there was a message telling me to wait till the ruin outline disappear instead of showing the error code.

I wanted to inform this so that it may be accordingly solved. thank you.

Sorry to disagree but there is. Back to topic, if you are still experiencing a problem when attempting to move castle, please send an email to GGS Support in order for them to investigate.

i know that the bug gt fixed. but why does it still say INVALID POSITION? i thought the bug got fixed? also this happened after the bug was fixed. and i tried to move somewhere else and the exact same thing happened.

is this bug fixed?

same case with mine. i have been waiting for so many hours and days but as soon as the time expires for the transfer invalid error occur or a newbie gets through. this is really stupid

I lost my spot because of this stupid error code... This is crap. I go to report the bug to gge and by the time im finished reporting some little new guy has occupied the spot I want.... thnx gge. Gj making something that doesn't even work.......... what a ton of crap.

same here. I lost 3 good places to move because of the Error 6 INVALID POSITION
