Seriously, there is no need to keep posting here demanding we fix the game. If you lost troops contact support. The development team are working on a solution, but spamming the forum with threads about how you lost troops doesn't help the issue at all.

Posting may not solve the issue but it could put an urge on working on the fix. Because just writing to support appeared to not provide good enough results. Last time I reported a troop lost, they were restored to me after 11 (eleven) days. What if I needed them during this week and a half? And troops are always restored on a random hour, without any preceding warning at all. What if it is 1 AM in my local time and I have not planned to provide enough food support for those extra troops suddenly appeared during the night? Should all my army desert because of this? What if my troops are restored in a castle under attack which I have just cleared from any other units and resources because I can not overcome the attacker?

And it seems that the situation is getting worse instead of the expected improvement: today I lost over 200 defending troops from my castle, without even moving them! Don't You think the problem needs to be escalated a bit?

Attachment not found. Still waiting for troops now 4 day's same problem by roving a robbers. IT WAS A EVENT. And the never came back after winning. won the price never got the price. The are still eating from cassel. I can't play. Only hope some one attacks me than i get glory. 1723:)):D. But i wan't my army back so i can attack X(, why thus it take so long.

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Apologies for the delay due to being inundated with tickets. If you have received an acknowledgement email and still require support please reply to the email stating so. Please do not send more than one email as it just causes further delays, average response time is over a week at the moment.

I attacked a local castle for honour and won easily but my men have remained locked within his courtyard ......why ?

I have lost 196 returning soldiers after attacking acstle. I sent 200 and 4 got killed.
I had 80 "Two-handed Swordsman" and 80 "heavy Crossbowman" and about 15 of each "Maceman" and "Bowman".

I need these Soldiers ASAP, as my food storage is full and getting 479 per hour without these troops.

I need them to attack others that I have scouted, and if i build new ones, then when you give me my soldiers back, I'll be over soldiered and in big trouble.

Please correct this ASAP, as I spend plenty of money and time on your sight, and this is not acceptable!!!!!!!!!X(X(

It's a common bug. Send a ticket to support. Provide as much details as possible. And you may get your soldiers back. It can take up to a week for them to respond as this is a very common bug.

I know that everyone has been having the lost troops problem when troops are traveling and you log off (Including me:). However, I just logged on to see that I had a message about my castle defenses being beaten, but the troops are all still there. According to the battle report, only 10% of my soldiers should have survived, but I still have all of them. So... this is not really a problem, more just interesting... any thoughts?

ITs not right,for 4th ime i`m losing my whole army for no reason,after clear victory...

I sent 510 troops to a robber baron king it says I only lost 26 men but none came back. I would have to use a lot of gold to recover that many men. Please give me back my men thanks.?(

Ah so I can see that this game has a weird problem of missing troops. Even I have lost so many troops that way.

It happened to me too, I lost an army of 39 on their return and 24 of them were my traveling knights, is there any way we can get them back?

still waiting my attack groupe was bigger, over 1000. won all robbers, no losses. Won robber price. More soldiers, didn't get them and lost attackers. LOL the where still eating from main kassels. Now a weak later, missing shadow troops and the outer shadow groupe can't attack. Also attacking robbers for event. Know I have no attack group only 170 man. Still waiting. Please kill me. than i get glory.

I lost 400 traveling knights and 80 maradours omg why it was my best army i sended they to attack and won the battle then they we're gone

This has gone on for a long time this should have been fixed ages ago. It really sucks when u loose over a 100 troops a day. WE shouldn't have to put in a support ticket every single day.

I experienced this today. Lost just 14 men (7 traveling crossbowmen and 7 regular crosbows) attacking a robber baron castle but it hurts a lot at my low level to lose such strong units

I attacked a robber baron castle and sent 75 troops to a robber baron castle and I won and I lost no troops but the troops never returned to my main castle. Can you help me?
