Same thing happened to me, lost 275 veteran soldiers along with some marauders

i am experiencing the same trouble as the mentioned one's. i won a battle by loosing oly 7 soldiers. 162 of them still remained. i've the system msg generated after the victory. but i suddenly lost my troops while they were returning with the loot. it was painstaking to find all the relics and now t hurts even more to loose the troops after winning a battle for no reason. pls somebody help me.

I just got my combat report from a robber baron castle back and I'm supposed to get 122 heavy crossbowmen back and I didn't. What's up with that?

every time i send my troops out to battle then log out, the troops that survived the battle have run away!!! this is not due to a lack of food, i have tens of thousands of the stuff but to date ive lost over 400 troops because of this!!!

I've just found that 100 troops have gone, didn't lose one in battle but none returned. thats a lot of time and coins gone again. opened a support ticket but am not holding my breath as this is the second ticket I have opened and the last one they got back to me a month later saying "we hope this has been resolved and closing the ticket" thats what I call support. Another reply like that and my money is going else where, no more rubies for me until they do answer with a satisfactory reply and the replacement of what I have lost.

Most petty lose ever, I lost 8 macemen.... I just started yesterday and it really sucks loosing all of my macemen because of this bug. Just sent an email to CS and got this in respone:

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Why hasn't this been fixed?
On going problem, so far ive lost nearly 1000 men all will i get them back I would like to think so ( I think Not they are gone )

Please help,, Over the weekend I lost 800 veteran soldiers that never made it home after supporting another alliance member. This happened at the worst of time, since we were ingaged in a major conflict.

My problem is after numerous times the Support page gives me errors after trying to submit a ticket. Another page opens up and says (success:--true{form}error) something like this. I have tried entering the info 7 seperate times being careful to check all fields with the same result.

Is there a direct email address that can be used? does anyone else have this probelm?

I've created a lot of units (30-40), with whom I've attacked some robber baron castles, but now... those units are nowhere to be found (even though I won, without major losses). What's happening? Are the units (spearman, bowman, maceman, crossbowman) available only for a limited amount of time, after which they're let go? I have enough food to keep them fed, so... what's going on?

There's a bug in the game, if you look through the Technical Issues/Bug section of the forum you can see that many people have been affected by it. Send a ticket to Support, they can get your troops back to you in probably no more than 2 weeks.

Lost a spy this morning, sent 4 out to 2 different targets only 3 returned. that's 3 tickets with support now for missing items. Will this ever get resolved I'm losing more items to GoodGame than any attack on a castle or defence of my own.

Ah just realised that while the spies were out a sword brother went inactive which lost me a spy:rolleyes:

Think I have finally figuured it out. If you send your troops to a robber baron castle and log off before they return they disaopear, never to be seen again. It happened to me the other day and again tonight. I sent some troops to robber baron castle earlier and won. While they were returning I logged off and now I have logged on again they have not returned and are not stilll on the way back.

Guess no more attacks on robber baron castles unless I want to leave the game running

I lost 500 odd vet attackers in Ice world. I had sent them to Barbarian towers. and poof, now they are gone!!

i lost attackers when i sent to take rv and when i log back on no report of anything and no soldiers. Fix this GGS hurry it up this has been going on for long enough.

Hi fought a robber baron lvl 8 at about 10 am this morning. Won the battle but troops not returned eventhough i only lost 7 troops. This has happened before (posts put up) but now i've lost troops that i've paid for in rubies - 5 travelling knights and 5 travelling crossbowmen which according to the fight report were still alive after the battle.

Please, please, please fix this problem. As i'm now dubious about attacking anyone now i'm at a higher level as i cannot afford to lose a large amount of troops in this way and this is important element of the game when you are trying to get glory points or just to complete tasks and quests.:(
