I had a ssuccessful attack and had 163 returning attackers, recieved loot, but attacking force is not showing up anywhere? Why?

I have just sufferd the dispearing of an army of 295.
At the begging I thought it was a thecnical problem.
Then I started reanding in the forum and could not beleive how many posts there were about the subject. Posts from august.
Is it possible to not have solved such a BUG?
There are people who have suffered the same problem twice or more times.
Is it possible? Could it be possible that Goodgame studios gets more money with this bug? Some posts say that they get more as some discouraded players who have lost some battle do not play again. If someone with a big army, suffers an army dissapearance, can not attack anyone untill the army is restored.
GOODgame studios? How can a good game have such a repetead error.
Is it worth playing any more knowing of the existance of this error? How can I know I am not going to have another army dissapiarance?
Is it possible for the to restore the army? when if its the case? 10 working days later as i have read to a community manager? 10 working days! What can someone do meantime? I know the answer: not play. Well, I am no going to play. But I am not going to play never again if my army of 295 soliders i have los it is not restored today.
This game is not worth at all with such a bus. Its a loss of time for everybody,

No, it's not something else, its just a bug. We make no money off it at all and are working to fix it. There is no need for crazy conspiracy theories or anything like that.
It's happened to me a number of times acutally.

Honestly I sincerely doubt that they are purposely deleting armies. Not only does it give players disgruntled feelings of frustration, it affects gameplay. How would GoodGame Empire get any more money out of players by doing something like this? (Most) armies are bought with gold, not rubies. In fact, I believe more people would have the same kind of reaction you just had and not want to play anymore.

Neither Conspiracy nor crazy conspirancy theories have been mentioned.
All i know is that my army has vanished. That is 100% real.

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

The bug is being worked on. Yes I understand that it is frustrating, if you feel that you need to stay logged in whilst your troops are out that is your choice.

dont close this thread on first site all i want to know is how to get troops back il lost 20 of each traveling troops and 20 two handed and 20 longbow(this is an estimate) on 10-13-12 from between 2 to 3 pm central

Engaged a fight yesterday and recieved report of 3 lost soldies of a totalt of 162. But NONE of these 159 soldiers seem to have returned to my castle?!
