I lost 1000 men due to this bug last week. Reported it to support and no reply yet. If this is such a common bug, the least GGE can do is work on compensating the players faster.

I am sure GGE is very busy with many things, but if they compensate in 2 weeks to such long time later, there is no point to it. I and other might already replenish some of their armies and then if GGE returns us the army, they will just eat away the food and may even desert the castle.

This is very frustrating and posting another reply wont solve any problem, but atleast it may relieve some of my frustration!!

I am lucky! One loss per month as to be a 3-month player, I only loss:
> 130 units in Aug,
> 140 in Sept;
> 110 in Oct

So far no one reply me after reporting with screen capture at the 'email support' of http://support.goodgamestudios.com/

Disappointed!

1) no response from support
2) re-occurrence of same problem (this is the 3rd times)
3) no arrangement of compensation
4) no announcement of the solution
5) no improvement
6) not care about player
7) unprofessional
8) ashamed to be awarded
9) failure game with bugs but no follow up
10) worst attitude of game support/ operators/ author.

Did anyone remember the website of the online game award? We may need to let them know the truth of what game they awarded!

I lost my troops attacking a castle for honour and won . All my troops failed to return and now I get attacked by some cretin and lost because I have no troops . I had enough troops to repel this attack but thanks to a bug in the game I have no troops

Sunday 14-10-2012 about 18:30 I sent 21 troops to attack Robber Barren Fero Fatso Lost one troop on left flank. Attack Successful. I expected 20 troops to return. None returned What's next? Do I start over?

It was about seven o'clock castle attacked another player. Today I read the report of the battle. - 121 lost 29 soldiers, but in my zamuka no one returned? Olya for your help.

I did contact support but I'm still waiting on the last 400 troops that didn't return. Why does this problem happen? this is at least the 10th time this happened to me is there a reason.

I know a thread in the forum, but I can not write in it. I wrote to support that 86 troops miss (great sword - 50 and 36 shoоters with a crossbow)
if anyone can help I'm going to be very happy.

i would like to know when will my lost troops be given back to me. i have lost around 100 and they matter to me cuz i m still on level 11. i cant even raid near by barons let albe players.I could not even participate in the tournament due to lack of soldiers.My game is stuck as i m unable to accomplish tasks.
I had also created tickets around 2 week back but nothing has happened so far. I m annoyed.
Has anyone received his/her troops back?
How much time they usually take to return them back?
Will they actually return them or should i assume my game is f-up?

I lost 28 Macemen and 10 Spearmen after a battle inwhich I (King K0nando) killed Mike888's army (I endured no losses) in his main castle (Camelot) at roughly 8:00pm (UK time)

I am a new player who has been making rapid progress in the game however this set bet has slowed me down and i cannot continue until it is sorted out. please give me my 28 Macemen and 10 Spearmen as soon as possible!

me firepaw have also had that problem. I attacked a robber baron castle (about 3 PM) with 14 crossbowman and 11 maceman. I lost 5 crossbowman the report says. I look at the overview and the barracks and it says i have only 6 maceman in place of 11. This is the second time it is happening to me! I hope you can fix this problem and can give me my soldiers back. I am on server UK1.

4 & 5 October I lost 45 Troops and lots of loot which never returned after victory battle.

Again on 14 October - I sent 70 troops out - lost 7: 63 troops and loot failed to return.

Barracks level 3 troops are expensive - I would like them back, and the loot that never appeared too.

I have tried to submit an email with attached screen shots, but your system will not process the message.

14 Oct 2012 - Sent 210 halberdier and 210 longbowman to support the attack of another player's outpost in the great empire around 23:00 cst. The battle was won and I retreated 399 remaining forces to my castle around 23:30 cst. Of course the game aliens took away my returning men. I am on US1 server.

JJ5542 - donot bother telling me to contact support. It has never been provided to me in the past (3 times). I have spent money on this game and would like the glitches to be fixed.
I know that this is an overwelming task of which you have no control over. I believe that using the forum to point out to other players that you had the same problem is important. Perhaps you could atleast easy our frustrations by saying that you will try to do something about it instead of a two word suggestion "contact support" which really doesnot provide any solution.
In the past, (around July 2012) there was forum threat that had several question that could be answered that would provide information to support that would help them to investigate into the problem. Although I donot have the list, it went something like this: 1) server, 2) what occurred, 3) date/time it was normal, 4) date/time first noticed the problem, 5) location, 6) enroute destination, 7) on or off line when problem occurred.
If infact these are helpful, then you could attach it to this thread.

ik had een post gaan aanvallen gisteren en nu kijk ik en ben ik al die soldaatjes kwijt het waren rond de 70 handboogschutters rond de 35 plunderaars en rond de 60 reizende ridders en dit is niet de eerste keer dat dat gebeurt , ik ben ook eens een gouden boom(de hand van de koning) en een woning kwijt geraakt in het eeuwige gletsjer , en een keer ook aangevallen met 30 handboogschutter 80 reizende ridders en 76 reizende kruisboogschutters en de volgende dag keek ik naar het resultaat ik had gewonnen , 1 reizende ridder was weg en dan wou ik terug aanvallen en zag ik dat er geen aanvallers meer waren en ik heb wel daar diamanten voor betaald toen (daar heb ik nog afbeeldingen van bij de bijlage) met vriendelijke groeten davy

Attachment not found.Attachment not found.Attachment not found.Attachment not found.I had a post to attack yesterday and now I look and I lost it all those soldiers were around 70 archers around 35 looters and around 60 traveling knights and this is not the first time that happens, I also have a golden tree (the hand of the king) and a house lost in the eternal glacier, and once even attacked with 30 hand archer 80 traveling knights and 76 traveling crossbowmen and the next day I looked at the results I had won, 1 traveling knight was gone and then I wanted to attack back and I saw that there are no attackers were and I've paid for diamonds since then (I have still images of the Annex) with kind regards davy

I did that but there is no reply from 'the support'. My troops also just vanished when I transfer them from one of my outposts to the main castle. .......................
