I've already posted a support ticket on 80 lost soldiers but I'm also having repeated problems with transfering resources from castle to outposts. Sometimes all the resources arrive... other times they are zero when I've sent 1000 and at other times after sending 1000 or 500 odd numbers of resources arrive ie 29 of 500...my outposts are bang next to my castle too.

I've tried deleting my browsing history and the cache and it's still happening.

I've had to abandon one outpost completely and the replacement for it isn't getting up and running because my resources keep vanishing...

At this rate, I may have to give up playing Goodgame completely...spending time replacing lost goods / troops means I can't concentrate on the point of the game.

Has anyone else had an answer to a ticket on this or had this problem...

i send 30 troops and attacked to another player and i lost 3 of my troops but no troops has came back

I am annoyed and frustrated that i have lost 21 maceman and 6 crossbowman, it cost 120 rubies to get them all and their gone, I want them back.Can you guys fix this please.

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Apologies for the delay due to being inundated with tickets. If you have received an acknowledgement email and still require support please reply to the email stating so. Please do not send more than one email as it just causes further delays.

Hello everyone!!
I am Mitil from the Indian server. I'd want to bring your attention to the problem that for the last 2 months, soldiers are gone missing even if they win when returning from attacking players' or robber barron castles. Whenever I log in the next day, I find that my soldiers had not returned from attack and have gone missing. Just yesterday, after attacking Eeefree's castle, my 90 soldiers went missing (i defeated Eeefree, mind you!!). I'd kindly request you to look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible as loosing soldiers can be real disheartning.

i recently attacked another player and it said i won. i sent 50 troops lost 19 but all of them are missing plus i looted 224 wood, stone , and food but since those troops went missing i never got the loot and dont have the coins at the moment to replace all those troops. i logged out for about 30 minutes and came back to find it all missing. i know i am not the only one with this issue but it needs to get fixed asap. and if possible can get my missing loot and my troops back please. i also sent in a support ticket but thought i should put a post in the technical area. the two photos below show the victory message and the world map area between the 2 castles

They say the only way to get it back is to submit a support ticket. I have had a good 10 separate times where collecting money didnt give money, troops didnt return, troops disappear from armory without being attacked, etc. Submitted them all and got a generic "we have too many emails, will respond later" followed by equal number of "please resubmit, we have too many emails" blah blah blah.

Hard to feel like I should bother paying for rubies when the support doesnt care about the players.

i did send in a support ticket but i thought i should make a post on here also so it has a better chance of being taken care of and i have had it happen to me before but i havent lost this many troops before because of it. i usually lose like 5-10 not 50

There was another thread awhile back.. one of the admins was saying they wont do anything based on the forums, has to be a ticket. Like I said though, the tickets are ignored. Lost all of my two handed swordsman today because of it.. all said and done im out a good 300 people since I first noticed it along with countless supplies and whatnot.

geez that sucks i have lost about 100 guys total and i noticed it shortly after i first starting playing this game a little over a week ago and i dont understand why an admin would say that on the technical part of the forum considering it is a major bug in the game. but then again i have played other games with submit a ticket thing that they ignore so im not that surprised that its happening here too. it just makes me feel like whats the point attacking someone let alone playing if im not getting anything out of it.

Hi guys,

Yes, i did say that. The troops are given back by support so you have to let them know. Posting on the forums will not get you the troops back. Support do not ignore any tickets that are sent in, but due to the high volumes at the moment it may take a while for them to get back to you. If you get a mail saying they haven't been able to answer your ticket yes then you simply need to reply to it and someone will get back to you. As has been stated previously a response can take around 10 days at the moment.

I have attacked a castle [BusinsconceptG] last night and won. I sent 280 soldiers and lost only 54, but they never return back to my castle.

Same problem here, I attacked a Robber baron with 35 men, I lost 3 of them but the remaining 32 never came back!

so this issue has been known for almost 2 months maybe more and you guys havent fixed it yet. so because you guys havent fixed it which is not our fault you want us to send in a support ticket which takes 10 days to get a response back from to get our troops back when you guys have a technical forum that admins who can fix it can respond within minutes or hours telling us to do that. please explain how that makes sense.
