also whats the point of sending a support ticket to get our troops back if we are most likely going to lose them again because of this glitch so it honestly seems pointless so the only solution is to fix the glitch.

Support is not the problem so much.
The problem with the troops going missing in the first place is.
What I (and probably many others) would like to know if there is a time in the future when this will stop occuring?

p.s. I'm a new player and wouldn't spend money on something that is broken.

i lost 428 troops on 10/19/2012, 162 2 handed sword, 103crossbow,51 heavy crossbow 30 macemen,82 swordmen on the Great empire board i'm wondering how or if i can get them back

Two different attacks on Robber Barrens Lost total of 25 Troops. Zip files show screen images is this enough detail? What can I do to get my troops back. This also happened a few days ago.
I am VERY frustrated.

I won a battle against robber baron and my troops were coming back i logged out and my 60 troops were gone hope you fix that bug or glitch ~ Sincerely Sir Justin ~

mine too I sent an attack at a neighbouring castle and logged out but after doing the attack my troops don't return i play in the server india this is the second time it's happening . when will the soldiers be restored to my castle.

I have bought the mystery box and I didnt get anything! however, I attacked a castle in the past 2 weeks and I won with the traveling men. On their way back, I had to go and when I got back, they were lost and I couldn't find them anywhere!

I logged out early today with 10 macemen and when I loggedback in tonight all my macemen were gone.

I HATE THAT bug some of my members have it and they cant get honor whenever they attack like just yesterday he/she sent a attack and when it hit 1:00 min it disappeared with all his troops and money gone

I lost my troops yesterday again i.e(19-oct-2012)... and also i am not gettings resources after completion of objectives abd quests which they have mentioned. coins and rubies are being added after completion of objectives accordingly, but stone, wood and food are not given from past two days i have lost around 7000stone, 3000 wood because of that. please fix this bugs.........

Have the same problem here. Just lost ~650 men. GGS should put staff on work "support" in the weekends until they fix that bug.
The best thing to do is just to defend, don´t send your troops out of your castle..

I did write to support.. today saturday
they replaced my troops within some hours.. Great Support :-)

My troops disappeared again!!! I wrote another email but I don't see the point anyway.

I had no reply when the troops disappeared for a first time.

I really hope that this time the support center will do the best to compensate my loss and take the preventive measures not to happen again, ever!

I've had the same issue, along with countless others by the looks. Can you get them back by emailing support?

I in 2 or 3 weeks lost 367 soldiers, i rwrite in email to supoort no answer.Today i lost 615 soldiers!!!! And now i m angry because my soldiers in one day, not build....
