Over the course of a couple of weeks I have lost troops I have sent out to attack other players, around five times. Each time this has happened I sent in a ticket. The first ticket I sent finally got replied to, after weeks of waiting, in an e-mail stating that they have been overwhelmed with tickets and if I wanted my problem fixed I had to send in a new ticket and RESTATE my problem, again. NONE of my troops have been returned to me! I have attached a screenshot of the e-mail they sent me. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I am so frustrated that this hasn't been solved yet. From what I have read in the forum, this has been happening for a long time as well. A bug like this should be the top priority of the Goodgame Empire team to fix. Also, people that have had to deal with this and are having problems with this should be getting some sort of compensation for time lost.

Replying to the message would have had the same result. It doesn't excuse what's been happening to my troops.

I have sended a trroop for attack and we won the battle and i lost 6 rest 28 return but my force not showing anywhere. please advice. this is happen second time.

ANY ONE REVERT THE SAME;
The details of troop send to attack 'big al saw' 32 military lost 6 and rest never return to castle and also the loot item not received.

yes and there is no reference..

i still havent gotten back my two sets of army from sand and winter.......only got a message saying if you still have the problem send message to support again..........

Please reply to the email you have received, do not send a new one in order to alert them that you have been waiting for this period of time, the email trail will show when you first alerted them to your issue. That way they will know that you still require assistance and will prioritise your email.

maybe a stupid question but i have lost 20 morningstar soldiers and i don't know how. did a couple of attacks but didn't lost troops and i have enough food. does anyone know what happened?

Lost my troops again.
Almost the same scenario as the last time.
Sent troops before midnight, logged off and went to bed.
This morning there is an assault report, I lost no troops in the attack but no troops came back.

I hope the game developers solve this bug once and for all soon.

How do you take a screen-shot så I can send it to the suport?

last night i won , i lost only 2 soldiers . but now i have no attacking soldiers . i dnt understand whr they gone . I attacked mighty zain with 127 soldiers , lost 2 , whr is remaining 125 troops tell me .

I have had so many probs with lost troops and resources that I've quit playing.....I realise that there maybe delays because of an influx of tickets but I sent a support ticket about troops 2 weeks ago and have not even had an acknowledgement e-mail to say that my ticket had been read and is on the 'virtual pile' to be looked at. I completely give up. If this problem is universal... then instead of dealing with individual players tickets that report the same problem, why can't support or Tech take goodgame offline briefly to have a look at the whole problem, update the game and sort out the bugs. Maybe then, offer a 'universal small compensation' of troops and resources and rubies depending on player level. eg 10-20 soldiers, 10-20 rubies, 500 -1000 wood, stone and bread. It might not cover everyone's total losses but it would be a gesture that might encourage the longer term players to carry on and the newbies to have a proper gaming experience.
