Lost some of mine 2 months ago, sent ticket to customer support they got back to me today saying according to the records I lost spearmen which they have replaced, err since when do you send spearmen on attacks??? don't they know how the game is played that they offer support too???
They have not replaced anything and it was 100 troops I lost.
Customer support - I dont think so.

Hi Rizzogirl,

I've checked the system and the only tickets we have from you are less than 7 days old. An auto reply was sent for both so it might be worth checking your spam filter. if there was one older than that then it never arrived.

Hi Andy,

I've actually been an spoken to support and checked the records for myself. You did send 63 spearmen to a battle on the date you gave in the support request. If that was incorrect and you can send them the details of the battle you lost the troops after im sure they will be glad to look at it again.

i sent 110 troops from my everwinter too the great empire and when i saw my castle only 72 i recruitedX(

I have now continued to lose troops everytime I do battle, am I seriously expected to send a email to support everytime this happens??? I dont mind doing it once or twice but its starting to take over my time.

I have missing troops every time I send out troops and I'm not online when they return, I sent out 9 troops just now and noticed that my troop count at the top of the screen reduced by 9 yet my food consumption did not go down.

Is that normal for this game?

I have lost over 150 macemen and crossbowmen over the last two nights. What the hell is going on. You spend money on the game and it screws you so you have to spend more to get any where.

I'm missing over 600 troops, 360 of which were NOT from attacking, but having my troops stationed at an alliance member's castle (which was attacked by a shadow army - and the attacker was wiped clean). I have no idea if you can check that, but I'm quite pissed because I spent thousands and thousands of coins to rebuild my army because support has not responded to my initial ticket - only to have it all disappear again.

first time i lost troops i looked at the forum found out it was taking support 10 days to get back to you, and thought "is it even worth it to send a ticket when i could easily replace those troops before they even read the ticket?"

I captured an outpost from somebody and once the occupancy period ended I started recruiting defenders with Kings Feast. This brought me down to about 15 minutes for 5 of either troop type but for some reason, after constant recruiting, still only had 5 defenders total. So I kept recruiting and they kept ... disappearing. Logged out, cleared the cache, and still they disappear on me.

Support has been contacted. Has anybody else had this problem?

Hi guys....after robbing a Castle my Army was on the way back to base and never come back.Fight was not really big...40(lost 60 and he was 22(lost 22)...just wonder what happend??!..i have enough food and money....thxx:(

My army was not back too , I won the battle but my army is not returned to the castle, just as it was missing!
Can someone tell what has happened, there is any error in the server or what?

Had sent around 33 army to attack Robber Barron Castle, just two maceman died.. but remaining 31 army(21-Two handed Sword, and 10 Maceman) never returned back...
This is not the first time i am facing.. recently had sent army for supporting a castle of one of my alliance member and they too didnt return back.. please check what the issue is because, lot of time is consumed in collecting coins and building army.. if we lose them due to these issue it really hurts a lot....

Please Fix them.. plz

I miss all my sended troops of my main castle (again). They have made the attack, i have the report for win... looged out and when i came back 2 hours later.. this troops are lost..

Why that? Again?

Please help me. I want my troops back!!
