There is a bug in the game where your troops disappear on the way back from attacks. Send a message to Support, with details of the attack, and a screenshot of the battle report if you can.

That issue with missing troops is very annoying i am new for the game and It happens to me 2 times for a week. next time I will just quit

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Apologies for the delay due to being inundated with tickets. If you have received an acknowledgement email and still require support please reply to the email stating so. Please do not send more than one email as it just causes further delays.

I have made a support-e-mail for the second time.. 1. Time no answer (have lost my shadow-troops).. now i am waiting.. this time i had only coins-troops. give money and than it's gone.. cause of a bug and no answer for it.

and logout

when I login
and find ..
they do not return home

nowaday, i avoid that
make sure all army get home b4 i logout
I never have this issue again

there a many forms of "missing troop"
that is the 1 i encountered and solved like that

if your case is similiar to me
u can try to resolve with my way

This type of error is quite common. Contact support and they should give you back your soldiers or the equivalent in coins.

Hi, just checked my e-mail (24 Oct). There are no replies in my main or my spam. My original ticket number for my missing troops was # 20121077100066206 and I sent it on 17th Oct. (It just seems as if I sent it agaes ago as my game play is so interrupted that I am frustrated).

Looking at 'Andy's message above, if it's going to take 2 months for a possible reply and then resulting in 'me' having to send another ticket about the same thing and wait another 2 months, there's clearly no point in sending tickets as by the time I get any useful reply / solution, I'll have no castle left anway.

Hi Rizzogirl,

It certainly does not take 2 months to get a reply. The most time it has EVER taken to get a reply concernign missing troops from the English team is 14 days. Currently the time is around 1 week.

I lost 54 troops after i won a battle, it took them fourty min.. to comeback so i logged off and came back on and they disapeared. now my food is out of control going from 6,000 to 5,400. can i get my troops back? plzz i need help.

i ever lost troops too, i can't prove it anymore

, and i don't know how to mail support (i don't have an e-mail, because im still a kid).
but i know its very anoying, but think of it: every day, lots of tickets come in, so it's natural to take time, but just focus on fixing this bug!, then losing-troops-tickets won't come in anymore, and other problems can be solved

maybe they deserted?, but how do i make a new thread?, we can't play due to this bug, so we should protest!

I attacked a castle and won so 80 troops we're coming back with the looting resources, but than they dissapeared like a losing a battle. Why happened this?

It's a bug. This sort of thing has been happening a lot lately, send a message to support and they should replace them or at least give you coins so you can recruit replacements yourself.

so is this going to happen more than once and not going to be fixed? cause if it is, i'm just going to defend all the way, what's the use of attacking when your troops keep on disappearing?

just lost another 50 troops, and it's ridiculous as it's not the first time it's happening and the previous incident happened around 4 days ago.

emailed both times, no reply for the previous one and i know you're trying your best to fix it.

but honestly, it's frustrating, seeing your hardwork training your troops go down the drain.

whats worst, people can take advantage of this and hit you when you're weak even though you're supposed to be strong.

I had total of 138 troops. I had attacked a castle with 73 troops. I lost 44 of them in the battle and 29 of the troops were returning back to the castle. But they have not returned even after 6 hours and the distance between my castle and the enemies castle is only about 1 hour and the troop total number still shows only 64 where it has to be 93.

Please help me in knowing about the missing troop and mismatch in number.
