Hey. I believe this is currently an issue with the game, I had to message support to get my troops back, but yeah it's a common issue if you logout during an attack and your troops return while you aren't logged on (i believe). I submitted a ticket here however, and my troops were restored after I explained the issue.

Gotta say this is absolutely insane. Lost over 100 men in the last two days. Send them to battle, they win, then disappear. I emailed support but has since happened three more times. Whats the point of even bothering to play this game if this seemingly is a bug that has been occurring for over a year?

Same story I've reported for my missing marauders and nothing or what after 5 days they will return my army and all my enemies will be well defended ,OR worse i will make another army and if they return old one will die from hunger. I WILL just stoop play this game I feel sorry that I

BUNZY GGS support don't care for our missing troops. Those guys are so slow that by the time to get answer of my first loss I have another bigger. Is Not WORTH IT to play anymore they just are happy to get $$$$$$$$$ for nothing.

Same here - lost loads of troops and none have reappeared. This is getting very annoying!!

I had it also. If you send out troops don't log off, then their is no problem.
I didn't have any since. let the game running as long as your troops are on the way.
This is the only sollution for the moment.

Seriously What is the point of playing this game when u lose all your troops ?! I lost 3 times for 2 days and i just started the game ?! Are u serious ?

that happened to me a couple of time, but never does now, i think it's a glitch, but i feel sorry for u tht u lost that many solgers, and how did u mange to feed all of them?

GGS support don't care for our missing troops. Those guys are so slow that by the time to get answer of my first loss I have another bigger.
They are only slow getting to yours because of the 100's of other tickets they are currently working through. Be patenient and they will get to yours.

Hi Malreyn
I am new to reporting the missing troops thing so could you please explain to me how you deal with the reported issues? I am talking on behalf of 3 of my alliance members in the UK 1 server, soreeyadeva lost 100 attacks soldiers, prakul lost 250 attackers and camo2795 lost 150 aswell.
I would be very appreciative if this loss could be compensated to them somehow, in whatever system you may have established to resolve this issue in the short term

Hi
My 124 strong attack soldiers mysteriously disappeared. I have no report of attack to the castle. I was off line for about 3 hours came back and all gone. They were returning from an successful attack but now nowhere to be seen any of them. I have enough food and no problems in the castle.
Anybody had this problem????

:)I have limited access to a computer as well as having to share it with hundreds of other people, so please correct this program glitch. How can anyone send out an army for any length of time and feel confident it will be there if you are forced by circumstances to go off line. By the number of claims of lost troops, this problem should be a priority.

I lost 20 tow handed sword and 27 heavy crossbowmen affter attacking a roberboron castle.
I allso lost the tresher.
and my sister was on ther so I didnot log of the game but they didnot come bake!

whats up over the weeend i lost a lot of troops and again today i lost 50 troops on the way back from a battle.is anyone working on this or what???

Do not shut your game down when you have troops out. You will most likely loose them !

Same thing happened to me, however, I was not on an attack, and the game was not shut down. I'm on almost all day.

Instead of doing these updates I would rather them fix this bug that has been happening for months now.
