this is the second time that i did not receive my troops back to my castle after an attack.
this time i lost 75 troops that did not return after a rbc attack

i have lost 75+ good troops 3 times this week submited tickets no response yet getting old
looking at 250 traveling knights,crossboman,pyro, shawdow mercs
none of the cheaps one disappear that i notice WTF getting old

Same thing, happened some 5 times last month, if i log off i lose my troops who are coming back from an attack. I can't be on line 24/7, pleeeeease fix this.

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

hi i lost 196 troops after that i sent a message to support but they have not replied in 7 days now i have lost another 48 troops what should i do i have sent support a message that i lost troops but i fear they may never answer

I attacked a King of the robber barron. I won and should have had over 700 troops returns with 28K gold and other loot. But that army never returned and I can not find those troops anywhere. Can Someone please help return mu lost army?

well i ve lost troops twice now once about a month ago and just 2 days bolth times i fill out a support tickit and contact forum mods i got no responce from either but my oh my how fast they work if u get reported for fooul language i threatin to burn somones castle.... goodgame support there is none me and my girl i lve with filed many tickits now and havn't heard back on one, the only time a mod even bothered was wen i got banned for 3 days and i wasnt sure why...... if this is the support im paying for losing troops 1ce a month then im gonna take my business elsewere there are alot of games out there .... were is the support? why are there so many bugs.....fix the troops bug before your game is killed by it its a war game people cant be losing troops all the time and then your lucky if support even does anything poposteres. can support please tell me what im paying for? mail me an answer id like to know.

Firstly those who have lost troops have been directed to support. As you can see from above we ask that if the issue was not resolved that the original email from support should be responded to and not another email sent in order that your issue is prioritised. Because many are sending several tickets on one issue it creates delay which is now around 10 days. As posted previously if you have not had it sorted by then again instructed to respond to original email received.
This has been posted time and time again.

i looses troops three times in a day while shifting and returning from attacks. All this happen when they are coming or shifting to main castle....

Yes, very very annoying bug. I send 73 troops to a battle, 13 were killed in combat...but none returned. Not a big loss, but gives a feeling that it is not a good decision to do any attacks for a while...

I saw them disappear right in front of my eyes.
OK so I log on and check my military at the top middle right of the screen, It says 24 troops
I then go to the world map and click a robber baron castle and attack. Then there are no attack units, they just disappeared right in front of me!!! I click my defense units and there are 5 spearmen, 2 bowmen and the prince. So where are my 16 attack units? oh and i also happened to lose 19 troops four days ago WTH!This game is a scam.

It has happened to me twice also. It's so frustrating building up your troops and then having them wiped out for no good reason....some say it might be a bug? Maybe its best to stay off-line for a while and see will it be fixed???:S

I have the same problem, i need my solders back i had 149 after a attacked a robber baron the solders were 41 all i want is my solders back i want the back !!!
