Send a ticket to support. Nobody here on the forums can give you back your troops. Simply click on Help>Support> E-mail Support. Send in all the information you have and provide a screenshot of the MOST RECENT COMBAT REPORT!!! I also lost my troops earlier this morning, but got them back within a few hours.

I also lost troops, yesterday, 298 two-handed swordsmen THAT'S A BIG DEAL to me. But to top things off I sent in a ticket to support, and I got nothing back. Not even an email with a ticket number. NOTHING.

This bug is happening way to often and to way to many people. Fixing this bug should be there first priority.

Why do i keep loosing maceman every time i log in??? i started playing 3 days ago and the second time i logged in i had 9 maceman, and the next day i had none? i have max food... and i had 12 maceman yesterday and i lost 2 when i logged in today? where do they go.. i didn't loose them in battle.. so the messages tell me..if you can help me that would be great..

ive been working on the travling nights thing to get better army guys and the last time i sent my guys out i lost all them this time 20 two handed swords men and 20 heavy crossbowmen these is the third time ive wrote about lossing guys this sucks and i really like this game if it dont get fixed im gonna quit playing id like the other men i lost to be relaced at the same time please and thanks

I contacted support as well. I have heard nothing! I lost 305 guys. I sent a screen shot of my victory which reflected 305 should have returned to my castle....none did. For the amount of money I have poured into this game I am VERY dissapointed in the lack of customer service. As well I am upset that the moderators simply direct players to other unhelpful areas in which the bottom line is none of the players are assisted!

Well, the thing is that there are literallymillions of other people playing this game in many different places.
I can safely say that many, if not all, have experienced this bug at least once. Goodgame Studios, from what I remember, doesn't have that many employees in Support. These people in Support have to deal with thousands of Support tickets sent in each day, and that is why they can't respond quickly.

This happened to me last night aswell! I had over 6000 stone loot! And 216 millitary units, and i lost it all! WHY!?

yesterday i attacked some one with 215 troops....and i won the battle with 100% troops but early morning i found that they have just not returned back....i want them back...please fix this bud..

I sent out a 43 army to attack a RBC level 7 got notice it was defeated. But no troops returned. I was showing their return journey on map. The won coins are added but army count is missing. It was happening from this morning. i hv lost almost 60-70 soldiers today.
Pls fix this issue asap and return my men.

Same Here. I attacked someone and won but my men never returned. This has happend every day since i started three days ago. I have lost over 40 mace men and 5 defenders.

I started this game 3 days ago and since i started i have been losing my men on attacks that i have won and that 100% of my men are alive. I lost 40 macemen and 4 crossbowmen and i dont know why. Can i get them back.

This is the third time of losing troops returning from attacks and this last time after supporting a member of the alliance and there was 288 heavy defence troops lost and with the other times thats over 600 in total.i have had no contact from anybody or compensation what is happening because this final loss will cause me heavy damage to my castle because of the weak defence it as left me with. Urgent X(attention required on this one please. X(

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Apologies for the delay due to being inundated with tickets. If you have received an acknowledgement email and still require support please reply to the email stating so. Please do not send more than one email as it just causes further delays.
