X(just to let you know this the fourth time that ive lost troops this week i lost 200 troops returing after a victory why is this still happaning

i think i know one of the moment when this error occures - today i lost my troops 2nd time and this is my 7th day playing this game so its a bigg loss for me and in both ocasions one thing was common - it happened when i sent my troops on 3 different attacks on 3 different RBC before loging out i do that to counter my food problem and when i logged in again i had no or less casualities in the battle but more troops missing !
so i guess this could be one of the reason or hint?

I lost troops 3 times thus far with a grand total of 100 troops within 2 days. This game seems to have a serious issue and if they can't fix it then why should we play it. From looking at the history, it seems this game came out a little while ago and they still have not fixed the bug issue with missing troops. Question to the developers, how do you expect to compete with games like Evony if you can't fix a bug issue that causes troops to go missing.

I also lost men, I lost almost 400 today after a sucessful attack, I got the victory message and the troops were coming home, they just never arrived.

i know this is an issue being worked on, but it has got to be one of the worst bugs ever... it is TOTALLY ruining the game... i have lost since the 25th... 7 out of 12 armies that were sent out... did like the game... but this bug has been around for far to long... and 10 days to wait for a reply from customer service... way too long

May I know when ended the error with lost troops? I am for a second time within one week lost my army - the first time it was an attack army (which you did not return yo me), but today I have lost 400 defense soldiers.
It is the world en1 - I'm a player Rudolfs3333. Today (29.09.), I sent reinforcements to outpost, located in 664/484. These soldiers are sent from the outpost, then returned, but those who are sent from my main castle, did not return. Please, return them to me!!

I just went to attack a Castle and logged out. When I logged in I was the msge that I won but my troops did not return. Please help? ;(

i appear be missing troops transfering from op to castle. unfortunatly i cannot state 100% how many because i was moving not attacking.
its all right saying contact support. i am waiting for a response to my request weeks ago after battle for troops to be returned. Wants the point of emailing if not actioned or responded

that has happened to me before to... I don't know how to fix it but I do know how it happened! one of the castles around you attacked your army... for some reason it doesn't tell you but I know. I still can't figure out how to do that though.

seriously.... EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!! everyday this bug happens... Im not going to spend money on anything when the most important aspect of the game has a MAJOR bug.... this is so completely annoying... but beyond that it affects gameplay in the worst way possible... and 10 days for a response? silly
