What the Helll is going on, You have no idea how pissed i am right NOWW!!! I just send 60 crossbow and 40 mace man to the adventure mode (the swine king) to the final castle.. I receive a msg saying i lost only 29 soldiers and got saying my relic is stored in "storage in decorative items" ..... I have not receive my army back and there is no relic to be found !!!!!! What a bullshit game!!!!!!!!

Acube, don't double post, don't swear and don't spam. Look at the right thread and follow the instructions to get your troops and the relic.
If you think this game is that bad, stop playing it. I doubt anyone would be unhappy to see you leave.

I have lost over 100 troops in the last few days since I started playing. I have never seen a crucial feature have so many problems in a game AND have the developer be unable to fix it. From what I've read in the forums, this has been ongoing for 3 WEEKS!! I am not going to send out anything until this problem is fixed. I'm wasting time on this game for a feature that seems not to be a priority. Find the code and fix it, end of discussion! Now get it done!

sent 14 crossbowmen lost 4 didnt get the 10 back sent 15 spearman lost 3 didnt get the 13 back sent 9 macemen lost 2 never got the 7 back this is the sencond time ive lost troops id like to get them back asap plz

From the last time I reported this issue, it took 21 days to get it resolved/fixed. Consider it a act of god or something and continue playing the game. Support will fix it when they have the time. If you consider they have 30 people in support trying to fix your missing troops and 30,000 people asking for their troops back, it would make sense that it might just take awhile for you to get your troops back. This isn't some evil plan on the game designers to make you quit playing their game. I'm sure this company has lost quite a few good paying customers to this bug.
Now, I have lost troops since this last occurance and I've tried a few things. I have never lost a single soldier from my outposts. I've lost over 1000 from my main castle. Something to think about.

Now, the game took over 180 soldiers of me that just disappeared. That is the fourth time that large amounts of soldiers just disappear for me within one weeks time. And this time, over 180 soldiers gone. And it does not help a shit sending an email to support. I have done it every time and the first almost a week ago and has not yet received a response.
It is the fourth time I turn to support now. Fourth time in less than a week. And I have not received a single reply from support. A question Is there a thought behind them that make money on this game. That we the players supposed to buy rubies for our own money real money and then buy soldiers for them in the game. As then just disappear? And those who make money says "we're working on the problem" at soldiers just disappear. And then do nothing. One wonders.

Its been over a week now since I lost all my troops, I can't attack anyone because every time I do my troops don't come home. Lost over 900 troops and still haven't gotten them back, this game was not worth the money I invested on it.
I've played a lot of online games and this is by no comparison has the most problems with it. Not buying anymore rubies till something gets done

I understand your frustration so here's a helpful tip: leave the game running if you have troops away from your castle.
Someone suggested it to me, and I have not lost any troops since. Within the next week you should get your troops back, and just leave it on while your troops are gone, and you shouldn't lose them anymore.

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

ok this is like my third time that i sent out a attack and the remaining troops disappear i,ve posted before and u never replace the troops thats lost i guess if u dont replace my troops i delete this game supposed to be for fun but your bugs suck and for the people running this game never respond back u people suck

Right, I sent my troops to a castle and I won, walk away for few minutes and my laptop went into standby. Got back a few minutes later only to find out that all my troops and loot has gone missing.
I have sent a request to support to return my troops however I had sent requests twice earlier in the past but the troops had never been returned. Has there been any occurance where support has ever returned soldiers to players?
I am just hating it now that going away from your computer for a few minutes can result in loosing your troops. Are there any plans to resolve this bug or we just have to live with it for ever? Also I now have to make enough cash to make up for the troops that I have lost which would take 2 days.

Just stay patient, you have to remember millions of others are playing this game too, and many of them have lost troops also. Think how hard it must be for Support do deal with literally millions of tickets and having to read them all through

I do understand what support guys may go through. The best thing would be to find a fix for this issue but in the meantime they should return soldiers to players at the earliest. These things just adds frustuation and takes away the fun from the game.

Yes, I was expecting the troops may be returned in the previous 2 times that I had lost my troops but I have lost all hope from support now.
