Exactly the same happened to me... sent on attack... logged in later and all troops missing 180.. none killed.. just gone...
Cant be bothered at the moment to make more... all the effort and they will disappear again..
Must be a glitch in the game

sent like 25 two handed swords men and 25 heavy crossbow men lost like fifteen and never got the rest back this is sarting to become a pain and my alliance members r askin why im not attacking and r talking about kicking me out and i dont wantthat so plz help me thanks

I've lost all of my troops twice in less than a week. This is the 3rd time I've lost my troops. I just got them rebuilt after losing them last time. This is really, really getting old.

Won the battle but when I logged on now my men are not in barracks . New at trying this game but if thats the set backs I have to deal with not long before im gone .

Hey I won the adventure against Swine King and got an ancient relic as a gift but my troops and the relic are missing and please make some solution for this soon. No one s seems to be replying, if game support agents help me with this i will be happy. i Have spent lot from the castle for this war adventure and i need the profit in return. I dont mind about ur bugs n probs just correct it.X(

come on guys your giving the moderators a hard time dont moan to them dont even post .contact support its not fair on malreyn and bunzy .they have to merge so many threads into this one and by moaning and not contacting support straight away your preventing them from doing their moderartor jobs

And now you think that ppl will read this. Had they bothered, they would have noticed there is a thread for lost troops, instead of starting a gazilion new threads regarding lost troops. There is a high probability that a large percentage of them think that by posting it on the forums, they will get a solution. Some don't even know how to contact support, even if there is a sticky.

Maybe GGS ought to consider sending a daily mail to all servers with info and a link on how to contact support. We might then see a drop in renegade lost-troops-threads.

But info is always good in order to know how a bug resolution is progressing, and the players posting here work as feedback.

lost my army last night (while offline) also. seemed they were still not back when the client got updated. i noticed people have waited over 3 weeks and still haven't gotten their troops back. seems like very poor support. and the problem has been ongoing for months?

can't hardly play today without any troops (and all my gold was invested in them). have only been playing a few days. ready to quit and look for a better game.

No kidding! I lost 200 troops when they didn't return from a raid. This is on top of the 300 I lost last week.

What really pi-sses me off is all time and expense it takes to "play" this game for it all to be wiped away in an instant.

you are right we are losing players over these bugs what they dont understand is that support cant do evry thing at a instant there are over 3 million people playing this game also support are human beings not robots fixing this for you fixing that i would quit my job if it was like this every day
i have to say its anoying that people who understand have to keep helping those who dont relaise that bugs will always be there

its so much more complicate one of the reasons this game was created was to have fun and also it gives people jobs its not their fault that the troops are going and im sure the cms & moderators will agree that they are doing their upmost to pix this bug

really guys the goodgame team are trying to tell you us much info as posible about the bug and every mulitplayer game is going to have a bug
mabye they should give the game a couple day shut down and give free protection so the can install some anti bug stuff or something like that

just stay logged in if they are going to be gone a while, it isn't the best plan because if you do it enough they start to get suspicious, but you only get banned for ten minutes for being on too long.
