its a bug that is currently trying to be fixed u can emaail support and i have heard they will try to give u back exactly what you are missing

You see, every time I send an attack an log off, my army goes missing, i get the loot, I get the message but I don't get back my units. This is very annoying because it has happened 3 times. Has this happened to anyone else?
And before everyone clogs this thread:
Yes, I have contacted support,
No, nothing showed on the world map
and No, nothing showed on the travel overview.
Ps the attacks were a victory, the reason im annoyed is because the units that didn't fall didn't return.;(

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

Apologies for the delay due to being inundated with tickets. If you have received an acknowledgement email and still require support please reply to the email stating so. Please do not send more than one email as it just causes further delays.

The same thing happens to me 3 times.
All the time the food was short on supply.
I mean that my castle consumes more then it produces.
Even while the total of the foodstorage was more then a copple of thousent, that didn't matter.

Just lost 138 attack troops to the bug.. have contacted the support team.. very irritated for the fact that i had lost 3 times the same way.. no response from them so far..

here is a idea.... suspend the gameplay till this is fixed... silly to keep the game running when no resolution is in sight to fix this... it is obvious that support is unable to keep up with the number of tickets that have been created... so suspend the gameplay till this is fixed... or at the very least stop new players from joining as they are only adding to the ticket issue which is know waaaaay past ten days to get your troops back

Please take time to READ the thread and other threads on missing troops. If you do you will be aware that there is currently a waiting period of over a week due to being inundated with tickets.

I attacked Castle Rick757 at location 800:446 from my Castle at 794:446 with 220 troops, mixed Heavy Crossbow, Two handed sword, Mace and Crossbow. The attack results came back as of 1423 CDT with 77 lost troops, 99 honor points, 290 Glory points, and 3127 food Looted. I have received none of those items at my home castle and the system booted me out befre they could have returned. This is the second time this has happened and it seems to happen when a played loses connection with your server!X(X(X(

I have many troop lost cases.
Posted 5 tickets.
First was more that a month ago.
No troops, no answers

I just sent some troops to a robber baron castle and had a victory with no troops lost. Haven't come back though and they are not showing on the map as returning troops. Is this a common issue.

Also noted that my food output has reduced since losing these troops

Hi I attacked castleseventy76 (03/10/12) last night and have lost my returning troops after victory. Not sure if I got any of the loot either. I received the glory points though. I've been playing for about a week now and this is the second time i've lost troops in this way - the first time I lost them I thought it may have been a problem with my network adapter which crashed just after the victory but having looked at the forum this is obviously an ongoing issue.
I am replacing troops but it is costing me time and gold which could be put to better use.

I hope a resolution to the problem can be found soon as at the moment I have been enjoying the game but this is a pretty major bug...

I've been thinking...
As I'm re-recruiting the troops, will I be compensated for the gold spent, resources lost (if any), siege tools lost and also the rubies spent on purchasing some of the troops i've lost? If I get the troops back i won't be able to feed them for long!

Just noticed the victory has not registered as a castle looted in the 'hard times demand truncheons' quest.

someone replied that if you sent troops you have to keep the game running, do not log out.
I tried this and had no problems since.
It is not the best sollution and the bug has to be fixed, but in the mean time you can play and attack in your neighbourhood.
