So yea, I just registerd on GGE a few minutes ago and I wanted to claim my welcoming gift. But I dont get a message on my email?

I have re-sent, re-enterd the email and tried my parents email too...

Still dont got the mail.

What can I do to get my 300 rubies?

It can take up to a couple of hours to arrive sometimes. Wait and see what happens. If you do not receive it by tommorow, I would contact support as Bunzy has recommended that you do and explain the situation.

That is what happened to me i contacted support they fixed it and i got the rubies in e-mail took them a couple days to do

They are receiving a lot of tickets due to the military bug, which has yet to be fixed. It can take up to a week or longer, but they will get to yours eventually. Just have patience.

Are you guys sure that you have the right email address? Also, check your Spam folder to see if the email is there.
