Ive been playin this game for two months nd still avent received an email sayin collect ur welcome treasure after trying six times. The onl emails i get is ur castle needs u. Is it just me?:(

the welcome gift does not kick in right after making an account. i believe it is like level 6 or 7 that the welcome gift kicks in.

Bought a 5500 rubies per week pack last week - was told the first rubies dont appear when you buy it but a week later.
its over a week later and still no rubies - my eager anticipation is being replaced with frustration...
Payment went through - its on my VISA statement.
Can I either get the rubies pack or a credit please?
