we are proud to be under martincy's leadership.
we have 3 wings, bemrose uk2, bemroseuk3 and bemroseuk4, any attacks on our wings will be known as an attack on us.
we are officially recruiting now, we are looking for level 50 and above players, we take you in after quite alot of questions and we give you 1 week trail. so come prepared.

As members of the Fair play guild you should investigate the actions of one of Your War Marshals James Bourne.
Your rules state that any attacks from an RV will mean you will take that RV from them yet he attacks Talula a player from Invictus (formally stronger) from one.
He has attacked R1C 4 times within a number of hours this is not good behaviour at all no alliance that says it plays fair would allow multiple attacks on a players unless at war.
We have kicked players from our alliance for less than this HIS actions are your actions and he is not Some member he holds a senior rank in your alliance and you need to sort this situation out before it reflects on your alliance and your Fair Play Guild.

Playing devils advocate here.
I know sometimes war is not declared in the options right away. This is what as known as a surprise raid. 1 mass hit on multiple targets hopefully prevents the opponent from using there defence shield. This is infact a credit to your alliance as shows you are so organised that we employ such a tactic. If war was declared the element of surprise is gone. Also such a raid will have retaliation.
If a raid was in progress and the target changes alliance this is another defence strategy. This surprises the attacker in the same way a raid would surprise the defender.

il keep this short and sweet.
JAMES BOURNE, a great player a loyal player and a fair player. he attacks from rvs somtimes but the the rv is near his own cs not the targets cs. and in a attacking game, you will be attacked. its not nice to see fires and hits buts thats the game. he wont attack you again for a long time either after that attack. so i say its fair play to attack someone and then give them bnreathing space to rebuild. if the attacks upset you please try candy crush as i hear this game is a non-attacking game.

Ok so that's the way you play, fair enough but then if one yours gets the same treatment its fair and if its from an RV that's fair by me as well just so we all know how you like to play. As a suggestion you better put that up in your description and make it quite clear that attacking from an RV near the attacker does not result in RV being taken and multi attacks are not war, as long as you give somebody a little time off. No need for the insults either martincy I have not insulted you or your alliance but it does show me what I am dealing with.
