it could be that youve built more since, and got more special troops-also glory hunting takes up whole armies for little result sometimes, and you have to keep hitting to get it up, once you have honor you need not attack so much, just build troops...

I just worked out what happened:
I usually get honor in ice as it's macemen vs macemen at my level and my comm is usually better than there casts ; realized that the reason my power went up was because when I have lower honor I have been hit. And that gets rid of my troops, plus I don't hit anybody until my army is fully rebuilt so whenever I have high honor I have a large army thus higher power points.
Not sure If that made sence

Recruitable troops do give power points btw. I've recruited about 60k worth of power points in the last 3 weeks (or rather, my total has gone up by 60k from recruitment), and all are heavy vet troops.
