Reality is unless your willing to loot you dont do well in comps etc etc and dont get good equip.  If someone is constantly beatign you, look at those reports and figure out how they are holdign the wall or how they are breakign the wall. 

It;s pretty basic advice but also pretty damn good advie IMO....
