So far I've found the quoted percentage of getting caught and the actual percentage of getting caught to be grossley out of whack. For instance I did a test on getting caught at 20%, I sent spies 20 times at 20% so in theory I should have been caught 4 times (which is 20%) but in reality I was caught 12 times which is 60% >.<

Glad some other people have noticed this it's been driving me crazy, "observed" failure rate for 5%-10% seems more like 30-50% here, and for 20-40% it's more like 10% totally arse backwards.
