when attacking robber barons make sure you do it in turns that keep all of your robber barons at the same level (or a batch of 9) that way you only spy once, spy the closest hit the furthest.. write down your attack strategies per level, you may want to start a new batch and you can use your record to hit the robber barons at levels you have already hit.

Outposts - you want all of them to be "shiny Foods" with 8 Food. The best combination for the long run of the game is to have two of those Outposts with 2 Wood, and one with 2 Stone.

You can either get them from the Daily Login Bonus. Or you could make them in a level 2 defense workshop.

Hi, Noob here and learning lots. Thanks for sharing your experiences and fun things too. I'm really just posting so i can see my result in that "what's your RPG personality" quiz. But I do have a question about the hideout that I have not yet come across an answer to.... If I build more than one does it protect more resources or just double protect (i.e. wasting my time) the first 750. Hopefully that makes sense. Also, what is your opinion on the hideouts, are they actually useful or not?

Hideouts don't "double" protect. They protect more resources. So if you had 2 hideouts at level 1, you would be protecting 1500 resources. The Keep also protects some resources

Hideouts are helpful for low levels, but as they level up hideouts more and more useless and obsolete. For higher levels they are a waste of space because of the amount of resources they have and can because of their high production rate.

Higher levels usually don't build hideouts and fill that space up with castle gardens/festival squares.

It really depends on what you care about most. Do you want a higher Public Order or more resources protected when attacked?

I haven't build any hideouts and probably will not.

I didn't attack surrounding RB's when I first started the game. Now I'm at level 17 and realize my mistake. Can I still rob RB's levels 1 & 2 to build them up or would that be dishonourable on my part?

You can attack RB's at what ever level you are, they don't even have people controlling them, I'm level 43 and I attack level 1 RB's

I think you need to build your hideout and stronghold on the 6 day of protection. Is that right?
