Funny thing; I had 40 daily duty points and 20 minutes before collection time they zeroed out so I got none added to my total. Outer Realms is still broken as far as daily duties.

Daily duty resets at the top of the hour, 30 minutes prior to the event point update which is what the timer seems to refer to.

In this Current OR i made tier 4-5 with 7 tonic 4 hours before the event ended and i stacked around 500 Def sols in MC
Then next day i didnt even get single veteran solswhere as reward where as people with 1 teir also got reward

I was in a similar situation. I checked with less than 30 minutes left and had gotten hit 5 times. I ended up as tier 1. I don't expect a reward and haven't seen 1.The Templar (IN1) said:Can anyone please help me

I mean for the Outer Realms where you have heritage points or influence, the best thing to do (that i have found out) is to just spam dwellings throughout your main castle and outposts, upgrade them and then just start tax collecting. Dont even bother about making points until the last few days. If you want to complete your daily duties then do that but dont do anything else. Just start the 6 hour tax collecting and forget about it. Come back every now and again to restart the tax collecting. You should have a decent sum of money on the last day. Now either buy soldiers from the armorer or recuit them using the coins and hit hard. Also buy defenders to save your points.
This method ensures that you dont waste your time or energy or coins trying to make and defend points throughout the whole event. Also once you have made enough points THEN relocate to a far off, forgotten part of the map without anyone to harass you and steal your points.
I consistently get into the top 7000 with this method.
