Maybe an idea to replace rubie button to the other side of time indication?

i know, it's not the first time i placed it  so  i tought maybe by placing 1 each week or day  ;P

i agree i did this 1 day ago been building up rubies pass few days and loss them in 1 click , was doing a nomad train, and had to be quick to time skip, but being blessed with artritis in  my hands i accidently click wrong button. this is not the first time i have done this, so it should be changed maybe , byt like wasso said it has been suggested numerous times

They typically say this would annoy those who use the ruby skip on purpose.

Simply moving the button is the way to go, IMO............

It is easy to say just do not click , solve with simple solutions, some of us cant like i explain before . i like playing this game it does more for me than just fun . a simple , are you sure would be sufficient .this has been used in other parts of the game .

like when you do shape shifters , this is not a lot to ask , and i believe that GGE are entitled to make money , but what is not fair , to make money on a simple mistake.

and also the Moderator towing the party line , i expect this .

I know the frustration here, I believe its been suggested many times before.. and nothing has happened. I will, however, suggest it again in my feedback form today.

Just being honest, I play to 500k - 1m every event and I don't recall when I last clicked on the ruby option, and last time I did support refunded it. If you're clicking on it once every 10 hits you just have to be more careful.

500k is maximum for me, anything more would just be for my ego since no 1 reward is not worth running for, but that's not the point of the topic.

 then the support saves a lot of time on tickets if that button is placed on the other side of the timeline. this should certainly not be impossible for the IT team. because I am probably one of the many who mis-clicks and you are one of the few who rarely happens and a little rubies more or less is not a problem

I can't afford to lose the 9k rubies multiple times either.

YOUR experience and *COUGH* skill *COUGH* in clicking a little box, does not negate the frustration from those who mis-click it.  Yes, I have also mis-clicked that ruby skip button when I meant to click the time skip one.  Yes, I DID get my rubies refunded from Support - THANK you to them.  (But, they also believe that there IS a confirmation button that you have to click when you spend it.  If you search up the last time we talked about this, you will be reminded of our "debate" on this.....but I digress)

That is DOES happen, and Support DOES NOT always refund people for doing it, makes it a real issue.  One with a simple solution.  That they are unwilling to make such a simple button move, speaks volumes of their "customer service"..........

I believe that part about the confirmation is just an automated response.
