Hey guys,
Sorry if there was any confusion here, but what I posted in our thread was spot on in terms of the prizes. The numbers posted in the US forums were a mistake and are actually the values for our mobile game, Empire: Four Kingdoms.
There shouldn't have been any issues with players receiving the prizes. You guys reached the Bronze prize on Saturday the 26th of March and should have received a GGS gift in-game for the reward. The Silver prize should have been distributed in the same manner when it was reached on Thursday the 31st of March. Unfortunately the Gold prize wasn't reached, so the decoration was not distributed. If you believe you didn't receive a GGS gift (which were available for 24 hours, I believe), then please do contact our Support Team about it.
I understand that this event caused a lot of confusion, especially in terms of there being no event tent or live tracking of Glory, and we hear you loud and clear. This was the first time we've ever done a global event, and if we do something like this again, there's definitely a lot that we can improve on.

I never received the first prize Bronze , nor any titans alliance , as for support i dont think so they are beyond useless or they just call you a liar , so thanks but no thanks

agreed mate i didnt recieve a prize either for bronze, but to be honest it aint worth the hassle, I have better things to do with my time than to have to yet again BEG for something i should already have, and then be asked to provide proof, I mean how can you provide proof you didnt get given something!!!!
There comes a point when you just think sod it why bother.
Its ok saying there should not have been a problem with people recieving the prizes, but when you have said that for the 10th, 20th 50th 100th time, maybe its time to properly look at fixing the problem rather than saying oh that shouldnt happen. It does happen and very regularly, one look at the forum tells you that but i guess you already know that already.
Its also a pretty recent thing so surely it cant be that hard to determine when the bug was added, but of course the longer you leave the investigation the harder it becomes to track down.
Cant you see that bugs are killing your company, do you really want half the UK server to put in individual claims for stuff they havent recieved which is what you are suggesting, by which time response times will be around a month and by the time you get a mail (if ever) you will have forgotton what the problem was in the first place, and it will be much too late to do any sort of investigation.
There is a problem a big problem with people not recieving stuff from events etc. I dont remember this being a problem going back, a few months I mean. I have had it before than, but was mainly to do with equipment being full etc. But you changed something in the game that is causing this, its a real problem that is not going to go away on its own, all that will happen if you dont fix it is your customer service team will become even more overwhelmed than they all ready are until the point they become totally unable to offer any sort of service, which lets face it they are rapidly moving towards that already.
Please use whatever influence you have with someone in charge at GGS, to put all development on hold, and look at fixing the bugs you have in the game, until you do, its going to get worse and worse and worse, until your customer service department implodes. and all your customers go elsewhere.

I totally agree with you , every time it goes wrong , go speak to support , but they work on the basis we are all liars so we get the generic message sorry but your gift were given , and then you are in a loop , so like you say life is to short . so now to avoid dissapointment , i do not spend my money , so i if they dont give me what others get , i say great , my money is not going to the fiaco they call GGE . i will not just throw away my account becasue i have spent a lot of money here. and i encourage others not to spend , and its working . so the past few months the money i would have spent here , i am now a owner of a nice laptop . instead of giving to GGE employees who are no way support in any imagination .

It's the double attacks that really annoy . A huge foreign attack followed by a robber baron within half an hour . If a player is not online there is no time to replace defences or to start rebuilding troops . Also the higher level castles with castles in the other lands get attacks there too , It's getting too much of it.

A robber baron attack will only EVER be triggered if the player logs on and havent defeated the Robber Baron King that week (and occasionally just before he is back again). So if the player is offline when a foreigner attacks they should only have the one attack.
If you are also seeing a robber baron attack it means that they (or someone else) has logged onto that account and off again so they are showing as offline but WERE there. That might suggest the security of their account has been compromised and they should change their password. Robber barons never attack someone who is offline, but if they have been offline for some while the mere event of logging on will trigger an incoming RB attack or two.
If they are online then its no bother - set the defences for the first attack and save them, then if the second is close behind that one, set the defences for the second but don't save until just after the first has landed.
And as for defeating the Robber Baron King - I dont understand why anyone would avoid doing it - its marginally more interesting than regular towers, and gives great retun on coins, as well as the food, resources, equipment, rubies etc. AND of course the added bonus of the immunity from those incoming robber baron attacks designed to waste your good defence tools. Bit of a no-brainer really.

This game is fast losing its appeal how can it be fair for foreign lords who are 15 levels higher to attack a player? This is happening all too frequently - another way to get players to use rubies?
