Four questions / concerns:
2. Many players, myself included, already find it annoying when a ranking is anonymous, so that one has no idea how many points the people have that are ranking higher. But now it's even worse, now we cannot even see our own points. I don't know how many points I have gained since the points got stuck, I just know it's much less than I had planned. How can I tell which rewards I have earned? Surely you can't expect us to trust that GGS will count this correctly. There are numerous examples still present in the game that show that GGS has troubles counting correctly.
3. I find it rather worrying that despite the large number (more than a thousand, as I understand) of GGS employees, apparantly none of them is playing GGEmpire between 5 PM on Friday and 9 AM on Monday. If any had been playing Empire, surely they would have noticed there was a serious problem in the game and immediately notified whoever could get the people together to fix it. So I guess that either no GGS employee is playing this game, or nobody that was notified thought the problem was serious enough for an immediate fix... after all, the problem was mainly affecting the players and much less the company revenues. Had it been the other way around, a fix would have been arranged much quicker, as past experience has shown.
4. I find it rather disturbing that nobody responsible for the mishap (and miscommunication and intransparancy, etc.) has had the courage to take responsibility and come to the forum to apologize. Steve, you and the other CMs are not responsible for this mess. In my opinion GGS management really missed this opportunity to come forward and show that they themselves really care about the players of this game, rather than hiding behind the CMs and channeling everything through them.

1. Would it not have been much more logical to shorten the FI event (which had not yet started at that time, so no changing the rules during the event!) to make Kala's event end with the FI event? I'm sure this would have pleased many players much more than changing the rules by extending Kala's event at the last moment (regardless of the drastic errors that followed the change and its terrible timing right before the weekend).CM Arcanine said:We didn't want to end it in the middle of the event, now it will end with the end of the event.

i am far of finishing the pages in the kala contest but i still have not gained the points for the last 3 events. I should have at least 3 or 4 pieces of the castilian for kala.

Regarding the contest, as it's come up a few times, the current plan is to run Kala's Contest again, so that people can properly achieve any items that they may have missed due to the freeze. We should be starting this tomorrow, if all goes to plan.

@CM Arcanine : May I ask why the same kala contest we had last month has restarted from scratch? I thought were just going to have a few days of continuing the event from where we left off when the event froze on Friday?
I don't mean to be disrespectful, but why would we want to do the same event twice in a row for a whole month? Some of us were looking forward to some nice commander equipment, especially those who have already got the castellan equipment.

Why make kala event the same length as last time, when you was so desperate to extend it last time you should have made this one the 30 days, cant wait to see what happens when its close to ending
