I do not like this. I believe that im not the only one to do so.
No1 ) Why do events which players actually play get messed up? Are the developers so incompetent that they focus only on money and not on the actual meaning of "customer service"? Do they only EARN and not LEARN?
no.2 ) There better be a compensation. And not a miserly one at that. BM is a very unpredictable event, with players suddenly pushing at the last few hours/days, messing up the ranking. So GGE, for once, please do use the neurons up there and give out a good compensation.
No.3 ) Please do announce in game as well. Not every player visits the forums and it is very very annoying when such events occuer REPEATEDLY.

Whatever the compensation rewards you will give the players, every time you have these shock-downs, players lose their faith in you and you will just keep losing players-income.
You can never compensate the time and entertainment your players lose.
Please fix the bugs, test everything with any possible way and then run it.

Sorry but this utter rubbish. You treat us poorly then try to fob us off with some poor compo and laugh it all off.
Don't you test anything, if your servers can't cope, upgrade them, or stop introducing items that haven't been tested and fix the broken parts of the game first i.e. all of it.

It is getting beyond a joke....so you plan on compensating everyone for the places they were in when you shut it down, how about all the players who had spent the first day getting camp and troops ready so hadn't even sent a hit out yet....oh let me guess that's not your problem, people should be hitting as soon as they get in there.
Two tournaments and two major screw ups, how soon until you tell us Foreign Invasion is screwing up too so you are going to have to end that too.....it's ridiculous.....how about you just sort out all the bugs in the bloody game instead of adding new events all the time, and then blaming everyone else for crashing the servers!
