Only logical thing I see for them to do is a roll back or comp to everyone not just the people who send a ticket through as this is a server wide issue

Hi all. I have now been trying to log onto to empire for 8 hours. I have used all the tips provided in the forums, cleared cache and cookies and used three different browsers. Still nothing. And yet empire give us no reason as to why this is happening or any other help to log on whilst others are happily moving forward in the comps.


MODS - can you at least give us a time scale in which this issue will be fixed so we can log on normally???

I was wondering if the flash player upgrade by Adobe helped to create the problem

I have sent you 18K food to your main each outpost and to your castle in ice.  GGE players do have a tradition of helping each other out in situations like this.  Whilst I am on and hitting and bringing food in I and I'm sure other players will try and help out where we can.  If players post here then perhaps we can try and support cross alliance until the problem is solved.

How is it that it's easy to log on to "Big Farm" while GGE remains frozen? Both games are yours.

I tried all the "Possible Fixes" you offered including the temporary link.

NONE of them worked. Even the temporary link is frozen at "oiling the chain mail."

So now what?

That's just your computer/internet. You would see a blue screen if it was the actual game issue, which is solved for about 95% of players.

Excellent job GGE! With a bit of luck you might get us all with log in problems! This will put an end to our problems and yours too!
I am stunt with your attitude! Are 12 pages of players saying we are having problem and yet nobody from the game comes forwards to tell us, yes we hear you, we work on it. Or sorry guys, we just don't know what the problem is but we trying something. Anything is better than nothing!
I do hope from all my heart that the GGE people are having a good weekend! As you guys just spoiled ours.

@Falling Angel (GB1) Multiple posts have been made regarding this issue. Also with guides on what to try to fix it. A minor patch was also released earlier today which should have fixed most issues. Please check with the links below:
