I have try them all. And I read on the forum that other have tried too. Yet, the players reporting the problem are more and more. That means just one think: THE PROBLEM IS NOT SORT IT!

No joy! And is not my computer. I tried on 3 different computers, I have updated all the programs that could be updated. Clean everything that could be clean Fallow Angus all 3 suggested methods. Still can't log into the game for more then 11 hours now. What GGE is doing about this?

We all should probably threat the GGE with the same respect they show to us and all log off for the weekend and not buying their rubi offers. See how they would like that!

I have not been able to log in now for 12 hours or more by computer, managed to get on using the puffin browser on my phone but that has now stopped as well, ive lost 2.7k of troops already, more tomorrow if this is not sorted, and we pay gge good money to play this game via ruby purchase, thay had better make good on the losses of troops and awards we now cant achieve in the events because of thisFalling Angel (GB1) said:I have try them all. what iv been doing is.loading it.leaving it for 15 mind then clicking back arrow back to another page(not shutting the page down)then clicking foward arrow again straight after.it's worked for me.but u must leave it a good 15-20 mins before going back

Still got loading the chain mail, won't go past it, mobile same, won't go past it. So I guess they are going to lose a lot of members that were thinking of leaving anyway, this might just push them over the top

Remember, this is GG we are talking about! So apart from the odd person popping onto the Forum, there will NOT be anyone working on this, as it's now the weekend! If there were, it would have been fixed yesterday!
