I still cant get in grr, why don't they have at least backup and it takes 9 hours to get food in? they better respond to the tickets fast, I remember tickets taking ages last time I bothered

Just to clarify, the non-european servers are only down for the maintenance which was required to credit food to the affected servers, and to check the health of the servers which were affected.
The extended downtime caused by servers being offline only affected the European servers.

We considered the possibility of a rollback too, but this would have required a downtime estimated in more than 4 hours per server, making it an impossible option for us
Lets see whats left when i get inside if its any troops or rvs loost i quit the game and i know a few more,if a company cant make up for their customers satisfactions,customers leave,theres plenty of games out there,and if we are not worth that time to you,you for sure aint worth my time any more thats a fact !

but if you lost troops earlier then bit of a waste filling up for no troops.

The current estimates for uptime see it as being over an hour or so, it could be sooner, but we just don't know.

yep it was the worst time and all had high food deficits overnight and looting was sparse so 3 or 4 hours in my main and 8 or so in kingdoms and one op, high food deficits that I spent a lot of coins looting to avoid and they cut me off very shortly after getting online, worse still I had large amount recruited as I go along- so there may be desertions every 30 minutes in which case ill have no idea how many troops were lost overall
, they really should have that on their system, along with a frowny face and a dislike button on the forum [4713232]

The maintenance is more then a hour now!
We are down from 10 this morning till now, thats more than 10 hours!
So please ask if they quit the maintenance, so we can get on the game!

Ofc it was the Russians, they supposedly hacked the US elections, why not this too?? I personally think the hack came from someone in the US using a VPN/Proxy/ToR to make it look like they're in Russia, but I'm just an ignorant 13y.o, what do I know?Grasi007 (DE1) said:No,
