Hi Angus,

We've been on maintenance for over an hour now. Would appreciate an update on how much longer we will need to wait.

If this keeps up, I might have to go to bed and get some proper horizontal sleep for a change. My body won't know what to do with itself.

Will people get compensated for the incident?
I had a 50% bonus on nomad tablets for a duration of 24 hours, and have not been able to use it today. Will I be compensated for it?

Same thing happened to me last time and they do not care, so you will get the crappy usual food/troops pay off with no consideration for the time, money and effort you have put in!!

I hope I will get some sort of compensation.
I've had good experiences with the support team and had no trouble with the tickets I submitted in the past.

Hopefully they will get this problem solved soon and we all can get back to playing this game

What about the 1200+ vet flamers / composite bowmen  if i ever get back in I will have lost in all 7 castles!!!!!  Seeing as they way you structure losses these are the first things to bugger off, those are troops that are not so easy to replace!!!

At-least the compensation is somewhat worth it this time, troops aren't an issue getting back (For me anyway) since the automated recruitment came out it's the time players put into the game that piss the players affected off they expect to log-in & have a normal gaming session most can't be on half the day to just lose all that progression due to an outage now maybe it isn't goodgame studios fault maybe it is I or you don't know but it's time they learn & try to ensure things like this isn't as frequent as it I've personally taken a long break from the game due to issues & outages which shouldn't really be a reason for a game that's what 5-6 years old now...? Anyway enough rambling

gister al om 10:00 begonnen met de Nomaden en binnen anderhalf uur grootste deel al om max (80)level nomaden, vervolgens alles weg en reset naar (71) begin me ook inderdaad steeds meer te irriteren aan de hoeveelheid fouten en bugs in dit spel, hopen dat we vanavond nog aan de slag mogen : ) om mn staartjes weer op peil te brengen

Df isn't able to login in Asia but pycb Ally is massing us while maintenance is on...Wtf is this..?? Not acceptable in middle of a war between us!!!!!
