I would like to know why the mirrored databases you have running in a physically different datacentre haven't been activated like, maybe 3 hours ago? ... .Unless they really don't exist - Having a fully synchronised backup in a geographically separate location is hardly a big cost for a medium sized business, let alone a multi-million euro organisation.

absolute joke  you continue in spite of your self serving customer surveys, to display the fact, that you simply have no clue how to handle difficult situations,  clear accurate and regular updates are the minimum we should receive.

But in line with the rest of your approach to customer care, its something you pretend to do, we are left hanging for 3 hours and the only contact is from a moderator who is probably as much in the dark as we are.

by now we should have received an accurate summary of the problem  when it will be resolved and what action to restore peoples assets that  may have been lost, i wont be putting a ticket in i will simply find somewhere else to spend my time because im done with an organisation so incompetent, it fails almost everyday, German engineering what a joke, no wonder you lost the war. It's now 13:41 on my screen clock and I still cannot access the game. I refresh and the screen gets to 'sharpening the swords' then it just freezes.

I get "the connection to the server was interrupted, please try to reconnect message" its been almost 5 hours now and they wont give us food because its not a long downtime 4-5 hours bulls**t some of my troops will be close to deserting in various castles now ffs and all the lost loot and coins from the nomads etc, attacks landing, ops being capped this is bogus
