what I can't understand is why people, knowing that it is crap and won't work...continue to participate in it,...after reading about all the boo boos and errors and broken stuff, I already know that I won't send a single troop ....

I attacked the shapeshifters . The shapeshifter totems changed after midnight and my attackers somehow returned to my main castle and I lost most my attackers and defenders due to food starvation because they got returned to my main castle.
Why did my troops return to my main castle instead of my ouptosts??? I wasn't told that!

Like me. I'm not participating because I saw the glitches. 8,000 defense castles, and any tools I send at it that get used are gone yet half of the commander and HoL bonuses do not work? No thank you. Not going to participate in an EVENT that uses up real tools and takes more waves to break a wall (and therefore 2x as many tools, or more) because GGS STILL does not hire quality developers or testers.
Seriously, GGE are the Keystone Cops of the online gaming world.

I for one don't get the purpose of the event, bugs or not.
The prizes are pretty much worthless. The only decent thing is the 280 PO deco item. The rest seems like a waste.
What about the equipment sets? Add those to the shop! It may make it meaningful to do the event. Otherwise this is like practicing for PvP, without consequences-- but this discourages PvP in the first place.

i thought the 0 min down time was also suppose to fi double loss of glory and gallantry if it was fixed sorry to say but I still getting 2 lots of daily tasks and double dipping og loss n glory and gallantry so....did it get fixed ornot
as for shapeshifter event thought we where not suppose to lose tools ...I hate to say it but you do....
just I thought...don't rush to get events in game that are not fully functioning listen tofeedback please don't make this game about how much we can make off each event make it so peeps might want to spend in first place peeps gunna find something else toplay if you keep giving dogey updates
and is it possible to ask for a refund ..as if you buy stuff in store and it fails to do wht is claimed refunds are mandatory in Australia soodoes this apply here I wonder as this game is becoming unplayable it wasonce a decent game to play

THIS SHAPESHIFTER EVENT IS BS
this game the shapeshifter event is a no win play ---it just made to get people to buy rubies because it cost over 400 rubies to run a 2 hour attack and you can not win because all of them have over 2000 soldiers in them and my 4 waves don't add up tp 1280 attackers so its a lose -lose all the time. this event is a BIG BS and my alliance from here out will not play such a BS event. you want to do something good put Bremont back in the festivals and start giving coins for the Wishing Fountain again--none of those has came up for months and everyone is out of them--so do something good for a change to make this Empire game better instead of adding these BS events on it that no one likes but big ruby buyers where in this game has low level players and a very great many members that are on SSI or disability and have been in all these disasters in this country this year and can just get by playing the regular game..

Can you please add rewards for event and add more things in the shop. eg. feathers/totem boosters because we are low on feathers after blood crows and totem boosters would help event and make better if you add rewards for event

I'm not playing it either. I sent one hit of 32 soldiers in hardcore mode and got about 3-400 points. Stupid scoring system.Manatee (US1) said:Like me. 10-12k targets with casts as solid as mine simply will not fall to singular hits. Not worth the effort time or tools to bother trying.
Though my city comm is unaffected by all the event's glitches, so that's cool I guess.

i decided to only use normal mode put only 1 wave of tools but only where need , win or lose i average 4k points
so i just play the system , ps the tool i use are tools i win make , so no cost to me

OK my 2 cents.
Concept is Ok.
But launching with the bugs like not seeing HoL bonuses and extra troops make it not worth it to hit large defenses.
Also like others said the reward you get are just pitiful. Not really based on your attack and winning or losing.
12 days is just to long. Maybe 7 days would be better.
I did all 5 attacks just to see overnight scoring and even though I finish in the 170's I got not near what I think is proper reward. At that rate I was given most of the stuff you can get will take hitting all 5 each day and that is just asking to much with the current scoring system.
Once they tweak it assuming for the better I will play it some.
