Events after Events , GGE has shown us no respect, the problem is we all play in our own little bubble , so the GGE community has no effect of gge incompetence, and they use this to there advantage, and the addictive nature of this game.
One day the powers to be will look on these online games and will regulate them, but until then they hold all the cards. ie it there game they will change adapt as they please, until all players come together nothing and i mean nothing will change .
I myself have collected enough NPC PVP equipment , i do not need to gain anymore { unless it is free } i have maxed most of my equipment, and as i look at the new equipment same old same old so i dont need/
I dont know the answer but i may spend if i need to , but mainly i have enough of everything.
So i guess let them do as they please i have pass caring ,

The big cool down problem at this point is the Khan tower. The maxed camps have the max 90 minute cool down, which can be earned with the 1 hour and 30 minute rewards. The Khan camp/tower rapidly advances to 24 hour cool down, which can only be gotten thru buying rubies.
This is having the effect that non ruby whales can only do so much on each level of the khan tower per day. A fix would be make the khan camp/tower max at 90 minutes like the camps. Then we all could play the one decent event currently, as we can still earn 1 hour and 30 minute skips.
That is why we were so excited about the 50% cool down against NPC's. If you don't want to mess up the balance of the events with the 50% cool down, then make the khan tower 90 minute max like the camps. Then more people can play instead of a few ruby whales.
More people wanting to play equals more people who might spend money on this game. We are not going to buy 5 hour/24 hour skips from you. Check your numbers.

The issue at hand is GGE taking away the 5hr and 24hr time skips. There wouldn't be an uproar of a pissed off community of players over this RBC commander, if the active players could fast skip builds and cooldowns still. GGE constantly puts zero long term planning into the game (equipment sets, events, tools), realizes a loophole that gives everyday players an advantage, realizes it can be changed to benefit their pocket by making it a pay-to-play (ruby) aspect of the game, and then does a 180 without again using long term planning of how the community will respond.
RBC/NPC grammatical error or not on the commander description, as said by many before me, its the typically GGE cherry picking what it wants to offer and not giving a chit about what anyone thinks outside of the inner circle in the offices in Germany. At the end of the day, GGE is a business and only cares about ruby sales. We can all be upset, threaten to quit, etc...but as long as people are opening up their CC's, it doesn't matter how much anyone complains about this 90/90 RBC commander. The solution is how to get skips back, and/or get GGE to lower construction times and cool down times on the Khan Tower.
For the BM's/CM's that care about the game and are getting blasted for GGE dry f*cking the players, sorry. You're doing this on your dime, for a company that doesn't care about you. All you can do is keep at it and offer logic to those who might actually listen to you back at the headquarters. Ideas: "maybe" a mini solution would be to at least offer 5hr and 24hr skips as Nobility Prizes and in the Mercenary Post, giving players an opportunity to collect a half dozen or more a week. A "better" solution, would be to offer 5hr and 24hr skips for purchase in the gift shops for Storm Island, Nomads, and Samuri's. It would drive people to playing Storm Island, if they could buy skips in the gift shop (example). An equal "better" solution, is to not have it be 24hrs as a cool down on hitting the Khan Tower; perhaps use the same logic as a level 90 Nomad or Samuri camp where it caps at 1hr 30min. Starting there with the skips and cool down times, would help keep interest in the events.

How about pass on the idea to leave 20% of it as versus NPC so that it is as just a bit better than the nomad cooldown commander set? The other 30 could be versus just robber barons. Trying for whatever we can get.

You couldnt really write it could you. If you told this story to anyone outside this game they would swear you were making it up.
How many times can you use the excuse we didnt realise, or balancing. Before everyone even your own staff no doubt realise its no longer incompetancy, that its just that you cant be bothered to even come up with a valid excuse anymore.
At this point your credibility would be better and I think you would gain more respect if you just said yeah we fcu
ked you again, but we can its our game. We all know what you mean when you use the words balancing or we didnt realise or our mistake.
You still havent addressed the Multiple account issue, you still havent addressed the fact some people can buy rubies cheaper than others on the same server. I got a mail from a shell the other day offering to set me up an account that can buy cheap rubies so wait for the new wave of multis, with access to cheap ruby. You still havent addressed the fact the game becomes significantly more expensive the more frequently you buy. Whilst ever the gross inequality in pricing exists, it will be exploited, and your genuinly loyal customers will get shafted, even more than they are already.
When you do eventually find people that cheat your punishment is so light they sit and laugh at you, you dont take the cheated goods off them, you dont re-imburse those people they cheated those prizes from back the prizes they should have won, you give them a couple of hrs slap on the wrist and let them on their merry way. Its a bit like making the punishment for bank robbery a fine of £100. Yes you can steal £1,000,000 but if you get caught you get to keep the money as long as you pay a £100 fine. Errm ok then!!
All in all you have proved time and time again you care nothing for your customers, you keep asking for feedback in player surveys and yet you ignore it, you care nothing for balance, or fairness, or equality. Its hardly surprising that people attempt exploit loopholes, with the example you set.
And yes on top of this backdrop of Inadequacy, and, misselling, misrepresentation, and in more recent times down right lies. You still want people to actually have to pay to play this game at any kind of level. And you expect they to pay despite when they do you take the things they paid for away from them, and say oooh sorry. our bad. Yes your BAD, yet our TIME & MONEY.
I know you like to hide behind the old chesnut FREE to play so what do you expect, but free doesnt turnover 200+ millon, and employ over a thousand people, it doesnt pay for swimming pools and free drink for your employees. And if your turnover is dropping since 2015, then ask yourself the question, is turnover dropping becasue a) if you treat customer like [email protected] then they f00k off. b) when you lie to your customers they dont like it and leave. c) when you sell something to your customer then take it away from them they get a bit pissed. or d) if you sell something to one person for £100 and then sell the same thing to other people for £10, then when they find out they gonna get pissed and leave. or e) all of the above.

I read the forums but hardly ever comment, but I have to this time.
GGE, I think you will find, many of us players are patient, and fairly reasonable people. Mistakes can occur from time to time, we give you some leeway for that. If it was the occasional mistake here and there, there would not be much of a problem.
But the fact is - these kind of mistakes have been happening for literally years, and they have a big impact to many players, and as you can read already people's patience has run out.
You must have an incompetent dev / quality control team who do not check things properly, if so who is going to be made accountable for these years of 'mistakes' - if this number of mistakes happened in the same team for the company I worked for, the head of that department would have been fired a long time ago.
Or - even worse, this is a cynical attempt to bait players into buying rubies/spending money, only to change what is received *after* they have spent their money. I really hope it's not this, but you can understand why people are starting to wonder..
And have you ever noticed the mistakes are always to the detriment of the player. It never seems to be mistakes that benefit the player.
