What a disastrous building introduced. End of fair play has just been bestowed upon us where the ruby players getting clear advantage in winning events even more easier.
Although I love the public order, this building should NOT require rubies to upgrade. It should be a game, get glory to upgrade, which would have given the foreigners and warfare more sense. Now you simply buy your way to glory.... complete of the word, perhaps GGS has forgotten what glory is.
Well, my 2 cents.... absurd, ignorant and unfair!!!

It's not just that it costs rubies; it's how much it cost.
Each upgrade is more expensive, I'm guessing a total cost of 1,000,000 rubies +
Not to mention... Level 1 only gives 200 PO and FIVE PRECENT GLORY BONUS!!!!

Another Blatant Ruby grab From GGE
As modest ruby player , i use them for bakeries etc, it is near impossible to get to the top 100 in the Foreign Invasion or other so called contests, against those that spend huge amounts of rubies to win the amour and prizes. Now with memorials , another ruby purchase the Ruby Whales have even more advantages over the non ruby player. They call it a contest of the best player which it is not , it is just a contest of Who can win by spending more rubies than everyone else , purchasing victories that have nothing to do with tactics of battle skills. I (level 70 - 127 legendary) have given up most contests as fools errand , gone defensive, and just remove troops when attacked and let castle burn and use up attackers tools for no glory, as it is impossible to win against these ruby buying monsters with 5 attack waves. This game used to be challenging and fun , it has now become impossible and a chore. I can see droves of players just giving up as the gap has now become too wide between ruby and non ruby players. Take heed GGE as over 90% of your players are small ruby players that have been shafted once too often and are walking away. Talk about killing the golden goose , greed will see the end of this game, sooner than later, i'm slipping on the shoes as i will be walking soon !

Get rid of it or change so that all upgrades are resources but no like the bakery GGE thought money not customers as usual if things don't improve i'm calling quits really I have tons of patience when it comes to rubbish business practices more than most but when 1 of your games becomes pay to win in everything and another is unplayable for me because of you and the support is damn right awful I've been waiting a year for a response but still none of the later issue.
I wouldn't mind the poor updates if you just came out and said ' sorry we messed up here some compensation have fun' and during then understand support not answering but when nothing major is happening that when it gets stupid. Stop the crap updates and stop the lies and stop the vague update descriptions we're supposed to be surprised or something 'oh look another ruby whale only update yay let's all quit' this game is getting stupid, sort it out or get brought out.

I think legendary reso would be a more balanced way of putting it in.
If the ruby whales want it so bad they can buy the reso but gives rest of us a chance to loot it up.
Oh... to whomever it was above, loot nomads like a fool and you can get enough horsetails to get top100 in FI on AU server every time. Dotn need to spend to get top100 it is nowhere close to USA1 etc in terms of rubie whales lol.
I think their has to be a line between makign up BS excusses and the truth.
If rubie whales want to buy masses of reso to upgrade their monument then let them. But give the rest of us a way to loot it up :S.

i made to lvl 31 but gave up after that as i realised i will require total of 19.5mil rubies just to upgrade one building for no good use. as the glory boost provided is acts as an extra ruby flags which is like 200 extra ruby flags at maxed lvl. so far its better to use 19.5 mil rubies for glory banners i suppose.
