Hi all (particularly GGS)
Just in case you were not aware, having missed a couple of small announcements on other threads, and assuming you haven't checked your bank statements from the weekend, there is currently an organised Ruby purchase boycott on the EN1 server. Currently set for one week, but as far as we are concerned, open-ended.
Cause is the continued lack of response over the shabby treatment of paying customers by the GGS management in regards to the Nomad saga.
This post represents the 62 members of Gondor, feel free to add below if you are also joining in.

We're taking part in the PvP Boycott, and I personally am taking part in the ruby boycott (we felt it wasn't fair to force people not to buy, but most people are boycotting rubies in CG too)

Valkyrie are also taking part in the ceasefire on all PvP attacks, and boycotting purchasing of rubies.
1. for the utter chaos caused by the missing Nomads and the impact that will have on so many people;
2. for the construction yard - that it exists at all; that it cannot be deleted; that it has no PO; that the tokens cost vastly inflated sums of rubies thus pushing the strong (read rich) and the weak further apart; that tokens have replaced Horrors and more useful prizes in contests and events that people have come to bank on with the constant pressure of eventing;
3. because whatever your customers think and feel and however vociferously they voice those feelings, you habitually fail to take the slightest bit of notice which shows utter contempt for the people who are your bread and butter;
4. that the game becomes increasingly harder and less enjoyable to play because it is no longer a game of skill, but instead a game of pressure and wealth and inequality;
and
5. that you continually roll out updates that are so bug-ridden there is no way they can have been properly tested prior to implementation
That's a lot of fixing that needs to be done. And once people get used to playing without buying rubies, you do realise you won't get all of them back into the same levels of spending as they did previously don't you?

Understandable since some players are still going for the ice event cast which now requires rubies more than ever with the lack of time skips and approaching samurais. Liverpool Football fans staged a walk out at their last home game well timed 77mins into game. Liverpool Football club took notice of this and issued a statement very quickly and changed its policy on Ticket issues.

GGE Won't feel this damages them until tomorrow, as even though people are boycotting PvP, there are still FIs to swallow up tools, but when people aren't hitting Samurais because they have no skips, then they will feel damaged.
