Either they see sense and attempt to keep their customers happy, or they have no customers.
Same principle going for our alliance (BSK NA) and for me.cheza2000 (GB1) said:TDU and it's members are taking part in the PvP boycott.
The purchasing of rubies is at player discretion but we are encouraging people not to and I will not be buying any personally.
Although they respond and appear to try and help - Most times its just deflecting the problem either to technical or yourself. Its a shame really , hard for them to do the job that is asked when they do not have the tools to do it properly.
As already stated TeamXtreme is fully behind this - Be great if other servers affected joined in force with us.

Forum not working right either - had to select 'quote' to post.
Just heard about this - and happy to take my alliance into consensus - but if this is going to be server wide - and PvP needs to be for it to work - there needs to be communication from some of the huge alliances to rest. And - with a note of skepticism - I'd be really annoyed if I was creamed by the biggies when this is over so they can get their levels straight back up - that would just make medium and small alliances the fall guys.
As for ruby boycott - that will be up to individuals.

those who don't will probably get a message
I am unsure how many other smaller alliances are aware and so I have advised my members accordingly,
Hafan Hoyw will not attack members of any alliances who have supported this boycott until Friday and into the future if that is the general consensus.
Obviously we reserve the right to respond to any attack upon us if your on the list or not.
prob terrible anyway lol
Greetings all
As I am sure many have, I received a response to my complaint from GGE saying they will not be compensating individuals or alliances but will be giving "in game" compensation.
It is sad that they care so little about their "customers" that they feel they can do ignore us and claim that they are unable to compensate players individually.
When I was a bad boy and availed myself of a glitch that GGE gave me in error, I had everything I gained removed from my account + extra coin and troops. This shows they have the ability (but not the inclination) to compensate those in alliances/ individuals that had earned rewards for their hard work and dedication to this game.
Lets see if GGE follow the lead of Fenway Sports Group and do something positive for their "customers".
The Wanderer's are taking part in the p v p boycott and actively encouraging our 57 members to cease purchasing rubies, I believe not one ruby has slipped through our gates beyond those that we've earned in game since this action commenced on Friday night.
And still no official response from GGE or hint of the compensation that was promised in the last minute apology sent out on Friday.
Even if GGE is unable to confirm the action they will take regarding the nomad mess and ridiculous new build, due to busy schedules etc, positive customer service would dictate that at this point they at least acknowledge that they have seen the entries made onto this forum since the weekend and are working to resolve the issues. Come on gge your paying (or at this point non paying) customers need to know they are being heard.
